Ordered North 29 through door dash. Not sure what happened. I live 5 blocks away but didn’t have time to run up. By the time it got to my house, when I picked up my burger my fingers went all the way through a wet soggy bun. Got rid of the bun and wound up just eating the meat. Figured I still had the fries. Opened those to find only some of the fries weren’t burnt. So I guess my advice would be to either go in and eat or order something besides burger and fries.

Terrible. Terrible. Been eating here for years. Did not know it had changed owners so we decided to give them a try. Just awful. Ordering the food wasn’t too bad. When they did bring the food to the table, the girl dropped half of my husbands onion rings between the floor and the tray and didnt even ask if he wanted more. Very rude. His chicken was very dry in his pita. We had ranch on the side for our fries and pitas . They weren’t even half full. The tables on the dining room were leveled with napkins as we’re the chairs. The floors were sticky and just plain nasty. Please wipe the tables at least. I can’t wait till it gets by he way it was or get someone to run it like it use to be. You will not last as long as previous owners if things don’t change. Also now it is hot in there. I use to be a little chilly but it’s down right hot.

Food still taste the same since the new ownership,However the quantity has decreased tremendously. Ordered flounder and shrimp and I think I got maybe a tablespoon of shrimp. Shrimp wasn’t cooked enough and very greasy. Actually had grease sitting in the bottom of my box. I would still return thou,probably won’t be ordering shrimp again.

Lived in Kannapolis and Concord most of my life and just now ate here for the first time last week! The food was great and the prices weren’t ridiculous. They also have delicious ice cream and homemade oatmeal cookies. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because whenever I went to pick up the food I had to wait nearly 20 min after my order was said to be done. The lady at the register

Bland, sub-par, mediocre food. It’s no wonder that you see mostly elderly people eating here. Interior is dirty. Sticky floors, dirty tables, and looks old. Gyro is dry. Flounder smells very fishy. Mashed potatoes bland and not blended well. I have gave this place way too many chances but I’m done with it.

I’m a little disappointed to say the least. I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences with North 29 until yesterday. We spent close to $80 to get food for the whole family, the food was good.. but my husband and I both ended up with food poisoning, thank god it was just us and not everyone else but still this is not fun. So unfortunately, I don’t know about my husband but I will not be returning.

We really enjoy getting our Chicken Greek Salads from here, but not too crazy about their greek dressing. They used to sell a savory chicken and rice soup, but recently stopped. It was our toddler’s favorite. Hopefully, its a seasonal item that will return in the late fall and winter.
