So I walked into you guys Location here the one by the Palms, casino. And soon as I am walking, I’m greeted, but then I get to the register and I don’t know this young lady‘s name she didn’t have a name badge on, but it was a black girl with red hair and glasses on. She’s the only one that was in there that’s black with red hair and glasses. She has the most nastiest attitude ever all I did was ask for can I get this food that’s on a picture and she’s just giving me attitude and then when I asked him, I said, ma’am, all I’m doing is added I’m actually what’s the name of this cause I would like to get it and pay for it. She start rolling her eyes and then she looking back at her other Employees and laughing and stuff like she was going to say she wanted to tell me off so I don’t appreciate the attitude. I didn’t come up in a make up day bad and I even told Harris I just kind of an order some food and go you don’t have to have the attitude and she smoke the lips and stuff like that so I know this is not a representation of café Rio that you guys would like to put out. She is very bad for business. That’s my review .

This place is run by peoples unsupervised children. Sunday 2:30 pm and every item on the menu we ordered was old, crusty. We paid for what we ordered and left. My family isn’t interested in food poisoning today. I wish I’d have taken a photo of the stagnant looking food. How can a kitchen look so dirty when nobody’s even cooking?

Great customer service! Friendly staff that made delicious recommendations. My grilled chicken salad was exactly what I needed for dinner. With the 110 degree outside heat, I certainly didn’t want to go home and cook. This was perfect! Thanks for a great experience…

This place, honestly was expecting different. I was anticipating taking my family to a family owned Mexican restaurant and mistook this place for that. That’s on me, and I was willing to adapt to the fast food Chipotle style chain this was, but the half condescending and disrespectful undertones from the staff particularly the young lady with long braids here acting like I should have known they only have shredded meat options because someone was bad at getting it stocked had me about to walk out. Food was good 7/10, my wife said the chicken was a little soupy for her liking but not bad, but the staff quite obviously talking smack about my wife nursing that mother in law caught wind of is completely unprofessional, I probably won’t be coming back to this location.

So dang delicious!! The pork barbacoa burrito enchilada style with mild tomatillo salsa, jack and cheddar cheese inside and out, extra salad, pico, and cilantro is my tried and true regular order and I wasn’t disappointed this time either.
