The turnover of counter personnel is unbelievable at this location. They never get the order right, and they don’t know how to ring up their coupons. Update Not much has changed at this Arby’s location; they still have curly fries, roast beef sandwiches with red sauce, and tremendous turnover in the people working here. The food was great. The service was questionable, We got there at 7:45 or maybe 8:00 pm, there was plenty of people in the drive through but when we went to the door, they we’re both locked. So we got back in the car to head for the drive through then we noticed that an employee was holding the door open so another customer could exit so we cought the guy, asked if we could come in and order and he agreed. So after we walk in, the manager seen us and did not look happy. Well the guy takes our order then goes around the corner and then we hear the manager say to him “you were supposed to act like the lobby was closed, after they leave turn off the front lights and hide from the next ones” LOL btw that store isnt supposed to close the lobby until 11:00 pm.. I guess it had been a long day!

Asked for horsey sauce 3x and still didn’t get any it was 42 dollars for dry roast beef with no horseradish. The fries were good. It took awhile to get the food but overall it was ok.
