There’s a recent review regarding the quality of Guacamole at this location. The lady who wrote the review came in angry and unwilling to listen to management. She refused a refund and proceeded to throw her food everywhere in the dining room for the staff to clean up. The staff was patient and waited for the lady to leave before cleaning up. They were nothing but kind about the situation when I spoke with them. They chalked it up to “some folks might just be having a bad day.” Highly professional on their part, and I figured I would speak my piece before folks get the wrong assumption about this restaurant. I am a regular here and the food is always delicious and fresh, the staff friendly, and the store clean! Yes, the guacamole was a little brown, but still not worth causing a scene, making a mess, and disparaging hard working people. SHAME!!!!

This was my first time ordering from this location. I was looking for something quick and easy for dinner. It was quick! I received the wrong meat and had added contents when I didn’t order it. Wished I picked another dinner option. I do not want to take a chance again at this location.

This chipotle is actually the worst in Roanoke. The food is so messy and the way they make your bowls/ burritos is so sloppy. On top of that they pick and choose when they want to charge for a salad dressing. Just go to the one on colonial. Save yourself the time and the aggravation. I’d rate this 0 stars every day if I could THE ONE ON COLONIAL IS SO NICE THE BOWLS ARE NEAT, SALAD DRESSING IS FREE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST!

Food was extremely cold and the customer service was horrible. Wouldn’t help out at all . The only response is to bring it in to get it re made . Was very rude . Probably the worse one in the country . So glad I’m hometown chipotle is a very good place to eat and great service and that’s in OHIO !

Food was very cold. I had a steak bowl and there was more rice and very little steak and when I ask about the steak they just looked at me like I had two heads. They where throwing food around while making my bowl causing food to mix in other foods. I have eaten in other Chipotle Mexican Grill and it was great. DO NOT EAT HERE

Worst experience of my life . It was by far the dirtiest food establishment I’ve ever been in . Make tables where workers make customers food had food debris and old food that had been sitting in and on the make table containers chicken was so charred and over cooked. When we arrived worker was very short and rude told us they didn’t have steak or queso dip cheese made it seem like she didn’t want to serve us or make our food . Then she did proceeded to not wash her hand and touch multiple things without changing gloves or washing hands while making our food. I will never return to this establishment waste of my money.

Chipotle Roanoke manager Rob threatened to have Roanoke PD arrest multiple families eating outside the restaurant where one person in the party had a meal from an adjoining restaurant. The manager claimed “cross contamination”. One of the families had 3/4 of the table eating Chipotle and they were still asked to leave or face arrest.

We ordered by mobile app, but ate inside. The service was ok, but took a little longer than usual. The tables that were vacant were dirty except for a couple smaller tables; we sat at one of those. The floor was covered in food and had not been swept. It was a mess. After sitting down, I had to go to the restroom and when I stood up I realized I had sat in food which I did not see earlier. Absolutely disgusting. When I went to the restroom there was no toilet paper.
