I ordered 3 rolls to go. They guy making them said to the guy at the register, that I had a salmon roll in soy paper. I stopped him , I said it’s supposed to be crunchy shrimp. He said that’s how that have to ring it up. I get all the way home and guess what? Salmon, onion, cucumber and cream cheese. I’m beyond annoyed. I tried to call the store, phone rings 3 times and it picks up then hangs up.

The service was fine but the food did not seem fresh and the sushi was warm. When I eat sushi I think of nice crisp fresh ingredients and there were flies everywhere, just not my favorite sushi. Also 3 sushi rolls was about $40!

Fusian is simply fast food sushi. It’s filling and fun to customize, or pick from the pre-built options. The staff at this location were incredibly friendly and service was very welcoming, fast, professional, and courteous. I do wish the sushi was more fairly priced. While the food is good, it’s not sushi restaurant quality, and the quality at Fusian can vary greatly day by day. The dining area was well-kept and had a nice aesthetic, but it wasn’t as clean as it could be. A few more minutes of tidying up throughout the day would do wonders to improve the dining experience. In all, we ended up being charged more here than I would have hoped, but the food was great and the staff were wonderful.

Really solid place to get a quick, tasty and healthy meal. A favorite of mine for take out lunch, I always get a cooked salmon bowl with corn mix, edamame and carrots with sweet soy sauce and some crunchy bits. Filling but not heavy. And they have plenty of other options like that! Even better than the food is the staff at this location. They are superb and have always been very friendly to me and anyone I’ve taken there. They’ve made a fan out of me.

Great experience after a door dash incident, I ran over to location and I was polite and they were polite and prompt and remade my order on the spot with no run around between the providers. The sushi it’s self is delicious and fresh I don’t make it out of the parking lot half time I sit and savor it immediately. I love the options for the build your own and the half and half option means I’ve never had to sacrifice or over spend to get an amazing full tasty roll! The price is in line for what you would expect and the roll sizes make a good meal. Easy off street parking was a nice bonus if you get nervous like I do in downtown area.
