This is called stringy guacamole. It is a harmless but unappetizing situation where you use stringy avocados to make the guacamole….Also, as a bonus, I got a small piece of avocado peel, mixed in….and maybe try adding some lime juice (or whatever safe alternative) to keep it from turning brown within 2 Hours of bringing it home…..prices recently went up, but I guess that is understandable with today’s economy…..I guess $9-$13 for a quesadilla or 3 tacos is the going rate….the app is frustrating because if you have a gift card already added in to the ” methods of payment”, you cannot add another one to complete the purchase, you are forced to use a major credit card or Apple Pay…. this glitch should be corrected. The food itself is fairly consistently good.

This was a really good chipotle. We had come pretty late after visiting a friend who had come to visit from out of state. We were a little worried the food wouldn’t be fresh, since it was an hour before closing time. We were pleasantly surprised. They did run out of steak and I was worried that I would have to wait on new steak to be cooked, but to my surprise, the got some steak from the to go line. The food was very fresh and tasted amazing. The restaurant was clean and very modern inside. The restroom was mediocre. It was clean for the most part, but not close to immaculate. If I’m ever back in the area, I’d definitely return.

Husband & I placed a pick up order on Uber eats tonight at 9:30pm, when we got home we were upset there was no quantity of food in our bowls! The bowls were both half empty!! Not to mention the 3 workers standing around waiting to leave, gave us a hard time about our pick up order name. Not a good closing crew… hire better staff to represent chipotle! We paid our money for disaffection & disappointment.

I was charged $4-$5 extra than I usually pay at other locations because the cashier obviously charged more for wrong items, may be because she was untrained. I called the local store they did not answer. Corporate customer care said to call the local store. Finally when I got through to the store manager, he said he can not do anything and to call corporate. It was a ping pong game!! None of them wanted to take responsibility

If you have peanut allergy Chipotle is a very safe place to eat. However, there seems to be a high risk of contamination with gluten. I wish there was a separate gluten-free area in which to prepare.

Have been 4 times and they’ve given me the wrong thing twice. Makes perfect sense as I was waiting in my car and watched the majority of the employees just staring at their phones. Not sure how you screw up an order where the bag and item both have a name on them. Just make sure the names match between the bag and item
