Ordered a pizza late night on a Friday. Order was done 15 mins after ordering exactly what was quoted online! Ordered a thin crust with extra ham pineapple and chicken. Pizza was topped perfectly and cooked and cut perfectly as well! We tried a melt for the first time and was absolutely amazing and now my new favorite thing to eat at pizza hut! Noah helped us at the window and was very fast, nice and efficient! Amber also greeted us at the window to see how our night was going! Keep up the awesome work guys! Thank you!

The food is great but the staff appear to be sufficiently trained and overwhelmed. The manager needs to rectify this quickly or it will continue to impact the business and Pizza Hut’s reputation.

Very poor customer service on the phone. I called at 2:30pm, August 3, 2023 to ask a few simple questions and the female employee actually hung up on me. The questions: how much pizza should I order for 20 people? If I order now, online (to save her some time), is there a way to let you know I need it by 4:15. The employee did not want to be bothered and therefore hung up on me. So I took my $150 order to a competitor and also left a $25 tip. Manager, you should find out this employee and teach her some customer support/phone skills. She is costing you money and future business.

Ordered a pizza and boneless chicken wings , pizza was ok but half of the wings where so small! Like literally cheese curd size! Why pay for 8 when in all actuality you get the equivalent of 4, and why do the employees not care and count 2 baby ones as a full size . If people continue to not care about their jobs then there won’t be any ! Businesses will shut down due to poor customer service and food . It’s not just piazza , it’s everywhere . Owners need to make things better if they want the business

Service was not very good. Pretty darn expensive for 8 slices of pizza… I know we ordered a large but oh well it’s been a pretty hit or miss spot. We wont be back.

Happy to be able to set down at Pizza Hut in Polson again. Our server was very kind. Our pizza was delicious! Prices are reasonable, I would say the price puts the pizza at an elite status. Seeing as how you can purchase other pizza at lower prices in the area.

One of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had, and i call them to ask to cook my pizza a little longer so it was crispy, and the guy repeated my order and then put me back on hold for 10 minutes dod not say anything, I literally had to call back I explained what happened and the female and she asked me if I got a name I said no but he had a Spanish accent, she apologized, and when I went to pick up my pizza not only was it not cooked like I asked it was under cooked and there were only 2 people working so she knew who it was that put me on hold. There was only 2 of them there. I will take my business to stageline from now on and everyone I know will too.
