Normally I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied with Domino’s to the point that I’ve complained. But, Im sad to say that’s not the case here. We ordered 3 pizzas off the 6.99 coupon back in May, I made the complaint that not only did it look like the pizzas were carelessly made and handle, I was also charged more then 6.99 and I had the two topping med. pizzas with the regular crust that don’t cost you more, was told to contact some @live email addres. Gave us no salad dressings and no silver ware. No receipt. My Caesar salad was bad like it had been sitting for a long time. When I called about it they expected me to pick up the dressing and salad even though it was a delivery.

Placed an order at 6:58pm. Deliver time was said to be between 29 and 39 minutes. Come 8pm I called the store and was told my order was done and leaving the store in a minute. Come 840 I called and canceled my order. I’m not paying money for pizza that was sitting in the back to someone’s car for 40 mins. I should have ordered from the lewiston store!

Horrible customer service, didn’t deliver to address where I’ve had deliveries before and said it would take a while to have money refunded on my card now my niece who I had ordered food for has to starve and they were not willing to do anything about it. I’m so done with this place! We placed an online order at 7pm on a Sunday night. After waiting over an hour they cancel our order and now it’s after 8:30 and anyplace good is closed! So unprofessional Dominos oh and I have to now wait 2 to 5 days for a refund!

Officially done with ordering dominos. I have been coming to this dominos for awhile now but have been seeing the downhill trend continue to worsen and worsen each order. I had to drive out to the store at 1:56am to figure out what was going on with my order. Mind you I have Covid and order for contactless and made sure to let them know to leave the order at the door when they got here. They failed to do the and when I got to the restaurant an hour after they closed according to google I had to bang on the door extremely hard to get someone’s attention, when getting someone’s attention they said that the driver said no one answered the door yet I told them it was contactless. They said oh he’s new and doesn’t know contactless yet they gave him the directions which clearly state to leave at the door. Not sure what’s hard about reading that slip. It’s the same as a regular one. Wasn’t even offered a refund or anything. And to top it off they didn’t even cut the pizza either! They need to get it together. Downward trend will end bad for them.
