Great fresh food, outdoor seating on the water, and music. Need I say more??? The fish and chips are lightly breaded, white fish. Fresh and crispy. The shrimp tacos have a delicious spicy creamy sauce that really ties the room together!! Sitting outside right on the water, with Morro Rock in your face. Beautiful place. You have to walk around the back, toward the water to find Dockside Two Fish Market, which is where we ate. Tight patio, but it works and very dog friendly. A wheelchair could fit, especially if someone moves some chairs around. A must do on a warm day, for anyone!!

If you’re ever cruising through Morro Bay stop and check this place out. The menu has a little bit of everything for all different kind of taste but of course she can’t go wrong with their fish and chips. You get a great view of the Morro rock plus hanging out and eating in a harbor has never been a bad thing. Lovely water views of the boats and the people.

Its a small place but the food was good. Had the clam chowder bread bowel, and shared the parmesan alfredo chicken. The garlic toast was delicious.the service was ok it may be because it was busy, but it was just simple things just seemed she was annoyed, i know we all have off days.

This is a great place and well worth checking out on Morro Bay Harbor! The ambience has a nautical and an old “Fisherman’s Wharf” vibe to it. Nothing like experiencing that vibe with a good salad, grilled fish, and bottle of wine while listening to a musician’s sea fararing music in the distance. Timing it right, you can experience the fishermen returning and unloading their catch onto the pier. Very cool!! The restaurant has the choice of sitting in or outside. I reccommend outside to experience the full harbor vibe watching the boats, birds, listening to the music, a view of Morro Bay Rock in the background, and just chilling with wine and good food!!! A true “positive vibe” moment!!!

Great location (parking lot!) with a nice view of Morro Rock and live music, even on a Wednesday!

We came here at an unusual time for dinner (4pm), so it took a bit of time for the food to come, but the food was good. The oysters Rockefeller and Casino were very large and had delicious toppings. The salmon bisque was nice and smokey and rich. There is a great view of Morro Rock and of the bay as well. This is a good place for seafood and views!

Location and atmosphere are extremely inviting. Had the captains special, Halibut steak and bread bowl Clam Chowder. The flavor was cooked out of the fish, not sure how but it was extremely bland. Generally eat my fresh fish with no condiments but luckily they had a bunch of Crystal hot sauce available to add something back to the fish.

The patio is inviting but the food wasn’t up to my taste. The fish was rather soggy. Was hoping it would be crunchier. The fried clam strip was bad. Too much batter and little meat. Maybe I didn’t order the right thing. It seems like fish and other stuff are their signature. Would come back again but prob wouldn’t try the same thing.

Chowder is just ok. The fish is lightly battered and small chunk of meat. The oyster were definitely great! Large and flavorful The service was nice too.

Good chowder. Excellent scallop bisque. And a special fish lunch burrito that was large enough to be split. The fish inside the burrito was cooked perfectly. The crab melt sandwich was good but not great. Too many other tasty options on the menu so have your crab sandwich elsewhere where you can get fresh crab. Still a very satisfying lunch and we all vowed to return. Service was great. The location is as the name says Dockside so take a walk after dining along the dock.
