This place was really wonderful. It’s hard to find a place with gluten-free food that taste good. The service was great MJ didn’t hesitate to let me know that they had gluten-free food. She went and got a menu real quick with no problem. She was very friendly and customer oriented. The next time that I’m back in St Louis I will come back to this Pasta House.

Monday evening during happy hour we enjoyed a well prepared and very flavorful dinners. My daughter earned two childrens meals through her reading program at school, a savings of $14.00 off my bill. They chose the spaghetti and ravioli dinners which also includes a salad, dinner rolls and beverage.. I ordered the fish and chips and a manicotti. We sat in a pretty much an empty restaurant and our server although young wasn’t very informative about the dishes or even that it was even happy hour. But was hospitable and attentive. I ordered takeout which consisted of the Monday special of pasta con broccoli also a cannoli for dessert. Which I was only aware of upon visiting pasta house website and writing this review. I brought that back home which the wife loved it.

First of all, I really love pasta, so I assumed eating at the Pasta House would be a delicious no-brainer. My server was nice and friendly, but I had an empty drink for a few minutes. The garlic cheese bread was delicious. The rolls were hard and crusty on the outside but soft on the inside. Had an issue with the Lasagna but the manager was good and made it right. However the recipe was still lackluster. No meat I could taste, and I was halfway through before I noticed a ricotta mixture. Overcooked noodles didn’t help either. But the savior of this lunch was the cheesecake… It showed up to my table and all I can say is wow!

Spent $50 and got home fettuccine had no Alfredo sauce. Large order of noodles. Salad lettuce was mostly pink and bad. My wife’s pasta was fine. Pasta house has been my favorite but the last three times no flavor or spices or now no sauce. I am done with pasta house. Most visited st Charles location this review is based on the two locations. People were nice and helpful.

Food was really good, however they were out of mango for my mango margarita and the waitress took a very long time to bring the check. When she finally did bring it there was an extra charge on it so she had to correct it which took about 10 minutes because someone else’s bill was wrong also so she had to correct theirs too. This is the first time I’ve ever had a complaint there so I will be returning.
