This place as of today sucked. We ordered for pick up in advance for 5 large pizzas one pepperoni, one sausage, one veggie, one cheese and a pepperoni ham and sausage. We said that the order should be ready at 5:15. It is now 5:47 and our pizzas are still not done. As a sorry they threw in wings but like really im still sitting here and they aren’t done.

It’s really funny how bad they are. I’ve chained 3 free pizzas in a row now because they can’t make a 2 topping pizza in under an hour. It takes them at least an hour to deliver 5 minutes away from their store. I highly suggest you get delivery from anywhere else.

Ordered regular delivery, the kind where they knock on the door and hand it to you (this was an option as opposed to contactless) Sitting on the couch waiting, seemed like it was taking forever so I checked the email tracker. Pizza had been delivered. So looked outside and pizza sitting on porch cold. Won’t use this location again.

We usually get dominos every Friday. Moved into the neighborhood and this is Our closest location. For the past 4 Friday’s every order has been incorrect. I called to complain and was told I would get a refund and a credit on My account for the next time I order. I called today and no pizza credit as well as I still have not received any type of refund 2 weeks later.

The food was ehhh… The service however, horrible. The woman, Alexandria?, working the counter seemed to be annoyed when I walked in to pick up my order, she was there along with 3 people, just standing around the register. They left as soon as I walked in, sodas in hand…pretty sure it wasn’t paid for…..(I got there at the lastest est time) which was 30 mins later… only to find out my order hadn’t even been prepared to go in the oven.

They canceled my order, because they closed early. Even though I was able to place my order online. When I worked at domino’s there was no way we would be allowed to close early, staffing issues or not. Ever since dominos went corporate they’ve just gone down hill. Lazy people. 3/4/2023

Stopped by to pick up a Philly cheesesteak pizza. Waited about ten minutes, which was perfectly fine. My name was called and off I went with my pizza. Next stop was Papa Murphy’s (we wanted a variety of pizza options). Arrived home, started the ovens, baked the take-n-bake pizzas then went to pop the Philly cheesesteak pizza into the oven to warm. Much. To my dismay, the pizza in the box looked like a poor example of a cheese pizza with a few chips of beef thrown on top. Was very disappointed and so called Dominos at 58th and Ward to see how we could correct the issue. Spoke to the male who answered the phone

My boyfriend and I have ordered delivery from this location several times (from his app). Each time, it takes 2+ hours from the time we place the order to the time we actually receive it. Tonight, I called multiple times after an hour of our pizza “being prepared”. The first time, someone answered but just left the line open. Almost as if they were trying to prevent the phone from ringing. Then I called 30 minutes later and was hung up on 4 times before someone actually got on the line. This location is so so so SLOW. Also, the pizza we received this evening was super doughy, almost like they rushed the baking process. The soda ( 20oz) we also ordered was room temperature. I’m pretty disappointed we used our free pizza reward AND tipped them 20%.

I have yet to come to this restaurant and have my order correct. They have sent out the wrong thing to my house. MULTIPLE times, on MULTIPLE occasions. This time, when they brought the correct item, I asked him to put it on the SEAT on the PASSENGER side of my car. They decided they would put it on the FLOOR of the DRIVER side. I don’t think I will be ordering from the store again until they can get their orders straight. It is infuriating how disrespectful the employees at this store are. 0 stars if possible
