Just stopped by and placed order for done in. After placing order with the Manager/Owner I quickly decided to take it to go. He was mad , angry and rude. I ordered a submarine sandwich. I asked for all veg’s , and said I wanted mustard and oil and vinegar. He said don’t have any. I asked for mayo, again we don’t have any. I asked what you have ? Ranch . I went outside because it was so unwelcoming. While my son waited. Got home and my sub only had lettuce and tomato on it and the lettuce was cooked and gross. And they did give some chips but they decided what you get. I will never go there again. If you want customers to return, you should be nice. And in response to your response. If I ordered something that you didn’t have, maybe you could have brought it to my attention. And you could have not blamed the customer by saying, That I should read the menu. First of all it was really dark in the place. And the menu was very dark also. And maybe you could have said I am sorry you had a bad experience. Please come back and give us another chance. Instead you still have a bad customer service skills, and YES the tomato and lettuce were both heated up on the sandwich. I really just couldn’t stand your angry voice and saying We don’t have that. When I get a sub, I feel it’s reasonable to think that they would have mayo or mustard. You could have said we only use ranch . But I had to ask you well what do you have. Your response, Ranch. No worries I will not go where I am not respected …. Thx Now I know where NOT to go.

Horrible pizza! Burnt, cold, the order was wrong, and I called the manager and he was very rude and would not make it right! I can’t believe this place is still in business! … Response To the owner: No one ever cussed at your employees! Your driver was rude and your manager was rude and by the looks of your Reviews Your food is gross and your employees are disrespectful, Lazy and now liars!

My family gets pizza every Friday after picking up the kids from school. Great spinach pizza that my 8 year old daughter loves and they don’t over due the sauce on the pepperoni pizza. The owner has always been friendly and patient with my disabled brother. Who has a speech problem that makes it hard to understand what he is saying. I’ve never had to wait to long , our pizza is always fresh and their place has always been clean. We now no longer drive past Troup for pizza. It’s great to be able to pick up the kids and pizza at the same time before heading back to the family farm outside town.

Pizza was lukewarm at best very little effort or love put into the food. Terrible customer service employees whine and complain like children when you pick up an order 45minutes to an hour before closing. Honestly I’m going to start driving past troup to get pizza lukewarm little ceasers would taste better and be cheaper

On vacation with family and had 2 pizzas delivered and the service was so fast and pizza was so hot. Delicious is not even a word to describe how wonderful they are. Crust is perfectly matched with sauce and toppings. If we were here longer we would try everything on the menu. Great, superb, delicious, excellent and fantastic pizza. Thanks
