The turkey sub was fantastic. The chicken parm was very tasty and plentiful however, the pasta was overcooked and water logged. The strawberry magnolias was also very good. 4 star due to pasta overcooked/ waterlogged. Overall was a great dinner delivered

We tried Buffalo Chicken pizza ( it was a little bit spicy, which l loved) and side of original blue cheese. We loved it so much❣️❣️❣️ I know some may say it’s just pizza, but pizza is never just pizza, and that was exceptional! I haven’t tried their dessert, but all looks delicious. Definitely recommend

When I tell you the staff here went above and beyond to help me. Within 24 – 48 hours I had to make a order for a meeting in which was happening at least 30 minutes before the pizza shop opened and every step along the away from placing the order with Olivia, the owner whom I also spoke with directly accommodating the request, and the lovely young lady and I am sorry for forgetting her name that not only made sure everything I needed for the order was all set, she carried the food to my car…the service was EXCELLENT! And the cherry on top was the food (pizza and wings) MAGNIFICENT! We were all eating the food off of our fingers! To the Golden Crust team “You Rock!!” and CCRI Providence appreciates you! Thank you! I want to give more stars, I used to love this place and my bf and I ordered regularly from here, the nice guy at the counter always hooked us up and everything was ready on time. Last week, I had a craving for their chicken tenders and ordered online. We arrived a little late, about 30 mins past our pickup time. My bf went in to pick up my order and was told it wasn’t ready yet. He waited for nearly 20 minutes before he was told our order had been placed on the delivery shelf by accident, and it had just been sitting there the entire time. I get that accidents happen, but if the front counter staff had been paying attention, this never would have happened. While he was waiting, the two women working there were chatting, on their phones, anything but helping customers. I’m sad to have had such a negative experience here. Wonder where the nice counter dude went. Hire proper counter help!

I ordered a pc steak large pizza for $33.43 when I got home and looked at the pizza it was burnt and when I contacted the store they told me it burnt cause it sat in the warmer for 30 extra minutes. I never knew the warmer cooked the pizza even after it came out the oven. When I asked what could be done they told me I could get $5 off my next order or to bring the pizza back and they will make me a new one. I asked how long will it take before I head there she said 20 minutes. So I head to the store to return the pizza mind you it’s after 1a.m. I get there hand them their pizza back ask how long for the new one to be done I was told 3 minutes. So I wait she eventually says your pizza is ready and this time I open the box they handed me back the same burntttt pizza and told me it was new. The lady had an attitude when I started questioning and says let me check with the kitchen. The kitchen says we reheated the pizza we didn’t cook a new one. At that point I was so mad the lady at the desk didn’t even offer my money back nor any type of discount for next time or nothing. No apologies was given she really didn’t care at all. So I asked for my money back and left. They need to do better when they are the ones who messed up from the beginning.
