Their meatballs do not look that appealing and of course you probably guessed they don’t taste that great either. Paulie is obviously a new version of Rock Elm and I do believe the menu is not as good. I’m willing to come back and try some more food. I do understand sometimes it takes time to dial in a menu.

Visited for afternoon brunch. It was a very limited menu but included a lunch menu, as well. The four options between the All American, Biscuits and Gravy, Biscuit Egg Benedict, and French Toast. My husband got the Egg Benedict, and I got the All American with poached egg and bacon. One of the poached eggs was more like hard-boiled, and the other was much better. The bacon was overcooked, burnt on spots. The toast was not buttered, but the hashbrowns were surely buttered. It was a very odd taste. Nothing against the staff. The waitress was very kind and attentive to our needs. The lunch menu had decent options.

What a great restaurant and pawtio! Very dog friendly. Our dog Tango was given a water right away and a pup-cream!! Had the italian pizza, crust was done perfectly, they have a good quality wine selection at an affordable price point. Thank you to the staff!

We were looking forward to the new menu and simulators. Unfortunately, both were a huge letdown and disappointment. The food somehow seems to have gotten more basic with less flavor. The simulator has trouble picking up the balls. Even more disappointing, it’s all based on a short 30-second timer, so you feel like you’re getting a workout, not relaxing, and enjoying an evening out with friends. Suppose they could change it so it was more relaxing then you could eat and drink and get the value of $60 an hour of the simulator; that would be ideal. Hopefully, in the future, they will redefine this concept, and the food will get better.

Server was very attentive. Wish I could remember her name. Hosts were very friendly and greeted us right away. Happy hour was nice and the meatball happy hour app was good. French dip was okay. Would not order it again, but would definitely try something else. Cute place.

Had an amazing brunch yesterday ~ I tried the smoked salmon stack and my partner had the Chilequiles. We got a side of hash browns to share as well. Both meals were perfectly portioned and tasted delicious! They had a few hot sauces to choose from as well; CBC is the bomb!

Went out because I’d been to the Plymouth location for lunch. I wasn’t disappointed. We knew upfront that there was only 1 server for the area in the restaurant. She was courteous and nailed the order for our entire party. On a last their house bourbon barbecue was better than a lot of in house stuff I try.

We use to visit the old Rock Elm and loved their happy hour. Visited today and the place was dead! Had two drinks each and found out that they do not have a Saturday happy hour any more. You just lost two former customers. This is Maple Grove and not Edina, you have done nothing to up your prices and atmosphere. Good luck…….
