Spent TWO HOURS in line the other day as I was stuck and couldn’t get out, when I finally got up to the window and the lady didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me. “I’m sorry about that wait” every single time I have gone there the past month the line is all the way out on the street and the doors to the lobby are closed and locked so nobody can go in there and order that way. You guys need to be faster and more efficient and more friendly, it’s called customer service and if you can’t do that then get out of the restaurant industry, it’s simple.

This Taco Bell has gotten worse over the past year or so… Extremely understaffed, poor service, the lobby is always closed, and the food is of increasingly poor quality. Chips were far too salty, enough so that they made me feel a little ill! 🙁

45 minute wait total in line. So I would expect from such a wait that my food would at least be warm…not even close my burrito that consists of all things that should be warm was cold and my rice was very gritty. My volcano taco was just mushy. Also the drinks sugar balance has always been off…starry tastes like club soda and everything else is LOADED with sugar (too much in my opinion), it’s never balanced…

Quite possibly one of the best taco Bells I have been too. They are extremely quick at getting me my order 100% accurate and very pleasant overall. Whomever whomever the gentleman is that is working the drive-through as of this post should be given a raise. 1 of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a very long time

If I could I would not have given any stars. We came in an ordered from the kiosk, but then looked around to see that the whole lobby was full of people waiting for their food. Everyone inside had waited at least a half hour. Our food was finally delivered after 50 minutes of waiting. The whole restaurant is filthy dirty, food was poorly made and there was not one employee that apologized to anyone for the slow service. Someone needs to close this restaurant, l am hoping the health inspector does this soon. The owners of this restaurant need to come train their staff or close it down.

There were only 4 people running the entire restaurant at lunch time today. It took literally 25 minutes to get my food, and there weren’t many people ahead of me. The workers who were actually there were working as quickly as they could, and they were friendships and got my order right. But the wait times here are just getting ridiculous. Four people is not even close to enough to run a fast food place, and whoever is in charge of running that place is going to run it right into the ground at this rate.

Ordered 15 minutes in advance on app, order wasn’t ready. Ok, so I wait another 10 minutes only to find out my order wasn’t even in the system yet. I had to reorder and wait another 10 minutes. Never ever had this happen at another taco bell before. Won’t come here again. DO NOT ORDER ON THE APP HERE CUZ THEY DO NOT CHECK YOUR ORDERS.

Food was good, but we wound up waiting in line for about 45 minutes. I manage a restaurant so I can understand a lot of places a short staffed right now, but dang. It’s always a long wait when I go there no matter the time of day.

Expect to wait a LOOOONG time for your food. They could be short staffed, I’m not sure, but only the drive thru is open. Took quite a while to get through the line as well as get our food. Thankfully, the order was correct and had no issues with it being hot. The customer service was good, just very slow.

This taco bell in Durango Colorado absolutely was the slowest “fast food” experience of my life. The staff were rude. Orders were extremely slow. The only benefit was the food was at least still warm. Still a taco bell so food is what it is, but, if u are looking for fast friendly service, Avoid this location at all costs.
