This was a very pleasant Teppanyaki experience, but lacks the luster of the old Kobe further down 280 on the hill. The food is still very good and the show is always very enjoyable. Great place for families and kids – and good sushi, to boot.

I wish I could give ZERO stars! This place is nasty!!! Food is very bland!! Had to add salt and pepper to my food! And drown it in Yum Yum sauce for it to have any flavor. I originally ordered the Seseme Chicken but it was so overcooked and burnt.I had to send it back. Don’t wasted your time coming here. The waiter never came back to refill our drinks or check on us. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY COMING HERE! Go to Mt. Fuji on 280 it’s so much better than Kobe! Kobe’s Sucks! Will never come back!

Very disappointed I was visiting my son for the weekend and we decided as a family to come eat here but we didn’t know we was in for this kind of customer service. Server was very rude and the was constantly looking at my family Quality and service was awful. Didn’t like the fact that they charge 1.00 per person for scharica sauce also charged us two dollars extra for them to to fry our sushi. Also I did not like the fact that they added a gratuity to our party we had less than five people. I will not be returning back very awful experience.

During preparing our food the chef went to shake seasoning into food and nothing came out then I saw him try to unclog shaker by opening it and in lid I saw something black closing shaker anyway nothing got the seasoning as a result. I am not sure if that is why I did not enjoy the taste or if it was something else but the chicken tasted terrible I will not be back. I did not want to cause a scene since everyone else just appeared to be enjoying the food but for me the chicken was not good I did not eat it only the fried rice.

Excellent casual place for Japanese food. My serving was quite large; I was full when I finished it 🙂 Steak and shrimp were delicious, vegetables were done well, and the fried rice was tasty. Tea was quite good, and their bartender (who’s also their manager, I think) makes a mean Black Russian cocktail 😀 Easy to find, worth the trip. Would recommend to all-

It’s so disappointing this place has changed so much and not for the better. Our order was made incorrectly, but the manager made the situation worse. She was very rude and showed little sympathy. If you are spending over $20 a person here, the quality and service should reflect it. Hate to say it, but probably wouldn’t go back.

Must be a hit and miss kinda place but came for my son’s bday and was not a great experience. Got a chef that didn’t seem to know what he was doing, maybe a new guy. He was nice but didn’t do the usual that you expect when eating hibachi. But no singing or anything for my son and they charged us a gratuity for 5 ppl, which I wouldn’t have known unless I looked at the ticket closely and was about to tip again. Food was under-portioned for the usual hibachi and the tab was extremely high with no apps or anything extra. Will not be back, there are other places that are better for the money you spend.

I ordered a double scotch drink of their cheapest Scotch. After informing me that I would have to buy the higher shelf scotch the waiter never took the first cheaper scotch off the bill and charged me three times for my drink. The food is extremely bland too. It used to not taste like this.

Im in from out of town doing job training, our class was over so I started walking from my hotel and saw this in the shopping center. Great food, service, and atmosphere. I got the kobe dinner with hibachi steak and a spicy crab roll. I was thinking it was overpriced until I got my plate, absolutely worth the value for the large amount of A+ food you receive. I got two dinners worth of food! 5* experience for sure!
