Ordered a Dagwood salad, cheesesteak sub, and medium fries online. I got to the drive up window a few minutes early. The young lady at the window said we’re dropping your fries now, it will be about three minutes. Three minutes later I was heading home with my purchase.

Super expensive for what you get. $26 for a veggie sub, a side of fries, and a drink. They have a very limited selection of condiments. The sub was just alright for taste. They put mayonnaise on it when asked not to. Was the only customer in the shop, and it still took forever to get my order. There is no menu, so you cannot see the prices before ordering, which is obviously intended because the prices are astronomical. I do not think this business will last; especially not in this location. Crazy…

When I saw a new building was going up on 431 and that it had a drive thru it just felt like there was gonna be a Jimmy John’s: A truly great sandwich shop. No that was not to be and so we have a Penn Station.

Service was slow, prices were high, both orders were botched. Given a Philly Cheese steak with no veggies.

Was so excited to see Penn Station in Springfield… Big disappointment. This was by far he worst Penn Station! The sandwich/wrap I ordered had very little meat, all it was bread and onions. $32 is way too high! Waited 20 min and they weren’t even busy. Had one employee taste testing fries and one had her ear buds in talking on the phone. Definitely won’t be back!

Ate here the other day and the prices are just too much for the amount of food you get. The two of us came to 45 bucks for two subs, two drinks and a side of fries. Not to mention there is very little meat on the subs. They are charging sit down prices for fast food. I recommend any place for subs than this place.

This was definitely a one and done. Literally the only thing right on my sub was the turkey and provolone – and a minuscule amount at that. Asked for no tomatoes – the sandwich had tomatoes. Asked for multigrain bread – given white bread. Asked for mayo – no mayo. We got our order to go so didn’t check until we got home. My husband’s wrap literally fell apart. The only positive is that the staff were friendly and the fries were good but I don’t think we’ll be back. Too expensive for mediocre food.

This Sandwhich felt super fresh. The bread has a great density to it that feels freshly baked and hearty. It’s a little pricey given the amount of protein on it but overall delicious. Major plus is they serve French fries! Most sandwich shops don’t have that option.

Never had Penn Station before so I tried this one. It only took one visit, I’ll never go back. 1. Prices are RIDICULOUS for what little you get. 2. Teenagers need to work. I get that. But they’re scraping the bottom of the barrel here. Horrible staff. 3. What little food I got did not taste fresh. Bottom line: Avoid this place at all costs. I’ll take Jersey Mike’s instead.
