Very good food, but they seem to be having a problem with whoever delivers for them. I don’t live far away, so it’s not a problem to just pick up my order, but twice now it seems they are advertised on the Slice app to have delivery but then I get a call saying that the delivery person isn’t there or there’s something wrong with his car. I hope they figure out this situation, because their food is great.

I used to love Bellas. They must have gotten new owners. I placed an order 2 hours later they call asking for my address, I told them. They call back again 20 minutes later, asking again. Another 45 minutes go by I get a call they cant find my house. My house is very simple to find it is not hidden, its very easy to type into the gps and get to. They deliver my food and want me to write my card number down on a piece of paper, because they didn’t put in the first time. I tell them no i will not be putting my card on a piece of paper. They call me two days later and ask for it they apologized, it was fine I gave them the number. Everyone has bad days I understand so I continued to go there. Then I order a week or two later, They forgot half of my order!! Again, everyone has bad days I understand. I continue to go there because the food is good! I ordered today, Half of my order was missing, The cheese was completely slidden off of my pizza. The chef salad I ordered had hard boiled egg in it, which I love. But the egg was completely crumpled and smashed into my salad. AND THANK THE LORD I HAVE A PIZZA CUTTER AT HOME. The pizza is never cut.. Very disappointed with whatever happened with this place.

I know better than to look at Google Ratings that have been posted by users who have less than 5 reviews. They give the place 5 stars by people who usually work there. Anyway, I was feeling lucky that I was there for the first pizza pie of the day, fresh out of the oven. I did not have the option of eating the slice as Bel-Las because they have only 4 chairs, and each was taken by kids playing video games. This place is pick up only. Even if you get one of the 4 chairs, you are sitting amongst inventory of drinks and pizza boxes. Back to the pizza, fresh slice out of the oven was given time to cool and took my first bite. The slice was super greasy and the whole slice fell apart. The crust was way undercooked. Cheese went peeled off everywhere and was left with the sauce. Because of the slice breaking apart, I was able to taste the sauce by itself and it was really good. Great sweet taste. Fresh..the rest was not up to par. People were friendly at the counter. 2.5 stars. It has potential and I am sure it is well liked locally, but for the best pIzza in the county or state on the Pizza Hunters App, they still have some work to do. At least they have the Sauce down. I will add the .5 to give them a 3 because of the milatary/law enforcement discount, that’s great that they do that.

Ordered pizza Saturday July 22 2023 all the cheese spilled off pie into the corner of the box. Grease from cheese coming through the box. Cannot get any less carless or worse than these folks.

I’ve ordered delivery from here several times and the food is always great and delivery (through slice) is quick! The one time I had an issue (they delivered the wrong order, which can happen from anywhere) once I called, both slice and the restaurant responded impressively quickly and remedied the issue apologetically and professionally by delivering the correct order even though it was at the tail end of their hours. Really appreciated it and will continue to order from here since 99% of the time it’s reliable and the one time it wasn’t, they quickly fixed it 🙂

Honestly always come here until one night I ordered 1 order of stuffed shells and 1 order of fried raviolis … the total came out to $45.00! Yet when I go online and order through the app the total is $22 for the exact same meal. Huge disappointment – over charged and over priced. They had no explanation when asked why it’s so much cheaper on the app versus when I call them to place the order.
