Fantastic homemade food to go and great people. Cookster serves up a new and interesting menu each day they open. The recipes are excellent and so is the quality of the ingredients. Everything is good but the lemon chicken, crab cakes and desert bars are a must.

Fresh food and the menu changes daily, absolutely delicious! The owner is so sweet. Take out only, but there is a charming patio outside with a few small tables and couches. A wonderful spot to enjoy lunch and the afternoon.

The lady working here (the owner?) needs a serious reality check. Yelled at my 8 year old and my 5 year old kids and my non-English speaking mother for sitting on their tables, while I am ordering food for everyone inside. REALLY?!?!? Should have never continued with the purchase. BTW the food was tasteless. Had the chicken SALADS with peaches. NEVER AGAIN.

Pat offers delicious entrees each day accompanied with sides, salads and soup. And don’t forget dessert, she makes delicious Congo Bars. As a Vegan I love that she always has options available which are always delicious, plus she uses fresh ingredients which makes a big difference in the food quality. Definitely worth visiting while in town.

Stopped by here last night when the place next door (Tacos Tacos) was unexpectedly closed. What. A. Surprise. Thank you Tacos Tacos for being closed because this place knows how to make good food. And I am only talking about what was left. By the time I got there, the full menu was no longer available (she cooks for the day, when stuff runs out there’s no more left). I ordered a 1lb of her pasta salad, 1lb of her soba noodle salad, 1lb of her steak (it was perfectly cooked, so tender and tasty), a 1lb of her lemon crispy chicken, and one of the Congo bars (a chocolately scrumptious dessert). You know how I know it was good? My kids didn’t say a WORD during dinner b/c they were so busy killing the food!

Loved this little spot. Stopped in as an afterthought while looking at some properties and made a point of coming back the next day. Friendly staff and simple, delicious home style food. No frills but fantastic. Love the Cookster.
