Called to ask about Christmas dinner was told over the phone on Dec 23, 2022 that they are having Christmas buffet and cost $35/per person. Found an image of buffet on website it says $35. We arrive and it is $50.00 I show the website and cashier says oh IT doesnt work today and cant change it. Okay we think the food must be GREAT. It was terrible. Everything was terrible. Primerib was below choice standard and grisly, crab legs were cold on ice EW! I tried little tidbits of many things and not one thing stood out as good. We know we paid $50.00 each to pay for all the food they throw away at the end of the day! The only thing good was our server who was over worked and had too many tables to tend to. Never again. Blah. Yuck. So disappointing. (The image of buffet price we notice at the buffet dated 2017 ♀️ but over the phone was told $35)

This is one of the worst buffet restaurants I’ve ever tried in my entire life. The food is definitely not worth the price because of the limited option and poor quality of food. Not to mention, the service is really bad. Employees doesn’t seem to care much about their customers and was even having petty arguments in the dining area. One was even slamming plates and stuff while they’re bussing.

The all-you-can-eat snow crab legs and raw oysters were delicious yesterday! They had horseradish, hot sauce, cocktail sauce, and lemon wedges to compliment the raw oysters. Plenty of hot butter for the crab legs. They also had plenty of sushi options too. The kid buffet was $15 per child. They also offer military discount on their buffet prices.

It’s a shame. It’s should almost be impossible to get in but there is no one. Seating is good and the place is clean. Food was just ok they just miss the mark all the way around. Pizza is decent cause it always being made. The need to pre cook to dough for 3 minutes then do the topping and it would be fire just to give the underside less flop. Chinese food was not good but the fried rice was actually pretty decent. This place should really try to make a statement for the area to really fill the seats. The place was basically empty for a Saturday. I feel there should be a baseline of people almost having to wait to keep the rotation of food to give it more of the freshness. I would get rid of the frozen desert and make fresh. The cheese cake I would put in the dumpster. Also the booths seats are good but something with the table legs make you want to change to a table. I would choose a table rather than a booth.

What happened to this place. I remember the buffet being amazing. Great food and beautiful desserts. Gone,gone, gone-poor selection. Just ok food. $52.00 for two people on a Monday at 1pm never again. Maybe that’s why they only have 23 customers in the whole place. For about $15 per person I can think of better places to go. You guys can do be better than this.

The manager was uneducated, unprofessional and rude to customer. Be careful if you go with family, they charge you more than 18% .She will steal money from you and say “bad” word to you. Be careful. Never again. Will tell all my friends about this lady.

My husband and I came here the day after Christmas we have been here before it wasn’t excellent then but at least we found something that was edible. Today the place was not very crowded and every single food item looked as if it had been sitting for hours upon hours. It’s a brunch buffet it was a little bit before noon I went to the omelette bar knowing that that’s the only thing where I was getting anything fresh and the lady told me she was closing the omelette bar to make pastas and she was very rude. I’m not kidding when I tell you everything was old and cold I had a piece of prime rib that was called but edible my husband had some of the seafood and the Menudo which he said was edible.

Have been going here for years because it used to be awesome. Went for the all you can eat crab legs for my birthday…disappointed that they are so small now…they serve snow crab now instead of King. Also inquired about bringing back the amazing Ceviche they used to have pre-Covid and was met with sarcasm and “we have it” and then overheard the employees talking about me, what the heck?? Super disappointing at this price point.
