I figured I find one bad meal per trip. Being out of state I try and be card what I eat being so far from home with chron’s disease. IHOP should be OK. Nope the French toast had a big fly out of it. The bacon they must have found on the floor behind the grill from a few days prior. And the eggs….. I made the mistake of asking for over easy because I like the yolk in my hash browns. They were nearly raw. Unacceptable even tho I complained a little I still had to pay nearly $20.

It was great too see the old Cotton Patch building back in use. The freshened up decor was great. The food was fine, same predictable thing you’d get at any ihop. Since the place had only been open a few days and a storm was coming in they had few staff and most were pretty new. Which is likely why some food was missed and there was some meat in our veggie omelet. But the servers were super nice and came and manager came in to help staff they’d sent home due to the weather. We look forward to coming back when they have a little more experience.

I just want to take a moment to appreciate the servers at IHOP. This morning there was a very rude man complaining and arguing about the waffle machine. But the waitress handled it so well and you could tell her feelings were hurt. So props to the waitress names Kayleigh.

2hrs total from the time they finally seated us and then (after forgetting we were there) taking our order. Having to send 1 plate back because it was the wrong thing and then having to go to the waitress station to hunt someone down so we could pay and finally get out of there. Worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Won’t be returning

When this place first opened it was inundated with managers and people from other ihops to help it at the start. Food was great, service was fantastic. I remember when we came here the first week it opened I told my wife to enjoy it, because it wasn’t going to last. We came here this past week and boy how down hill it has gone.

Went in just before noon on a Wednesday and the 2 of us were seated within 5 minutes. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. We ordered the Colorado omlette with strawberry banana pancakes, and the biscuit and gravy that comes with eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns.
