I always have an issue here. Today I came in for a venti hot coffee with milk, one of the easier drinks to make. FIVE people came in after me and all got their orders before me. I stood there almost 20 minutes.

I asked for a shaken expresso with a little bit of ice. The cup was packed with ice and filled 1/2 way. I went up to the counter to let her know she used 2 much ice. I said I requested a little ice. She said ok that’s the way it’s served. Completely disappointed. A young lady with glasses I didn’t get her name however she didn’t wanna fix the situation and I didn’t want to escalate it so I said I was disappointed and left. Make sure the server understands what you ask for because this establishment and this particular coffee girl wasn’t up to par. Thumbs down!

I get a blonde roast at least 3 times a week in the morning. I AM BEGGING, please don’t give me my coffee while it is still brewing. I rather be late to work, and wait for the pot to be completely brewed before I have a cup of watered down coffee because you guys are rushing.

Always always an issue at this location, the machines are down, or they can’t grind the coffee, or they are new and don’t know how to operate the machines , always an issue , I live close by I’m done I’m driving all the way to sea girt from asbury
