I’ve always enjoyed their food. BUT TODAY I ordered the Egg Foo Young for my Mom as always and the patties were “BURNT!!!!” .. When I called to complain I was told that they are always burnt. Not so, being that I’ve ordered this several times before. The man on the phone was VERY RUDE. I won’t say at this time I won’t order again… I guess I’ll have to specify that I don’t want my food BURNT!

Ordered food from here, food is amazing. Never had a problem up until after remodeling, the new delivery man is very disrespectful, also charged me more then what i am told over the phone and pushes me to give tip after not having good service and having to wait over an hour for my food. Prefer going in person then having to deal with the delivery guy.

I dine in, delivery or take. There food are authentic. The lady in the front is nice and humble. They take cash, credit card, debit card, even food stamps. Although I am not in welfare, it makes me happy that they don’t differentiate type of payment. The foods is delicious, fresh and enough for two person. However the food taste so good that you will ended up eating the whole. The location is not so great, but I am willing to risk my love for their food.

They hung up while we were trying to place an order and I called 5x more and they didn’t pick up.. all I asked was if they can deliver to Mazda and they hung up. Why couldn’t they just say no ? Mazda is a 2 minute drive away. So I ordered by the Chinese restaurant down the block. While I was on my way to get my food from that restaurant, I decided to call this restaurant and WALKED in. As I was walking in, they had 1 customer who was waiting there for their food and my phone call was ringing and they ignored it while I was in the store. I confronted them and they didn’t know what to say. Ignorant people working here. They are in a busy part of Long Island and should not be in this area if they will treat customers like this…. Everyone, go to the Chinese down the block!!!!!!!!

This was the first time I ate an sat at this Chinese restaurant. Honestly my husband enjoys the food but not the prices . I on the other hand wasn’t really impressed we thought there was something in my food but it was the stem of a onion so it was ok. My downside I don’t like other customer’s hanging around our table an food when we are eating it makes thing very uncomfortable.

Worst restaurant in this area. I called and ask if I can place an order for delivery at 11:20pm because I know the close at midnight. The woman I spoke with said yes sure. Asked me for all my information and what I want to order. At 11:52 I got a call thinking that it’s the delivery guy but it was the women calling me back staying we cant deliver your food. I asked if the food was ever made she stated no because I was willing to pick it up. The woman could have just told me that the about to close soon and can’t deliver. Worst restaurant. I wont recommend this restaurant to no one.
