Ordered pizza over an hour ago. They delivered to wrong address. Basically the store called me a liar saying our food had been delivered. Checked my app and I had all the information correct. If I could give zero stars, I would. Manager was rude and I don’t appreciate being called a liar. Customers are always right is definitely not their motto. Should have given me a refund and sent pizza too. Won’t be ordering and I’m here from out of town every weekend ordering food for my stay.

Will never order from here again. Tried to do it online for the value lineup doesn’t work, called the store and asked for a manager. The lady that answered said I am the manager, I asked if she could help me with the value line up for delivery she said online only. I said it’s not working it says error I said can you ring it in, she said no I can’t help you I can’t see the value line up on my computer. Which if you’re a manager you can see everything. What a joke. Everytime it hasn’t worked online where I lived last they were super helpful and did it for me without a problem. Don’t go to prairie view go to parkville they are way more helpful

Called to inquire about delivery to the hotel we’re staying at. It’s less than ten minutes away. When the polite worker told me she was going to ask the delivery driver if she’d still be delivering at 10 at night, I could hear the driver cussing me out and near screaming at her coworker that she planned on clocking out at 10:30 and no later. Don’t deliver pizza if you don’t want to be a delivery driver. ♀️

Basic Pizza Hut, people are generally very friendly. Occasionally the pizzas are a little underwhelming. The boneless wings sometimes are pretty small and not a lot of sauce. But overalls a good Pizza Hut.

Ordered a week or so ago and my order was wrong and what I got was cold I called and was told they would give me credit for a remake… I then ordered my remake yesterday and door dash brings my food.. why when I ordered through pizza hut??? And then demands cash I called the store and got blown off and never got my remake

This Pizza Hut constantly screws our delivery orders up. Today’s was the worst ever though. Ordered pizza to be delivered at 8pm. I get maybe it’ll be 10 minutes earlier or later thats a non-issue if thats the case. Pizza arrived 40 minutes early. In addition tongetting there early they had left out extra sauce cups we ordered and both pizzas were shoved over to one side of the box and smashed like they’d dropped the box.

Ordered online for delivery when I usually do carryout. Tipped %20. Delivery driver didn’t ring the door bell or knock. Just left my pizza and wings on the porch. Called to check on my order and no one at the store would answer. Needless to say my food was cold. Then I went to reheat my wings. Which I ordered medium Buffalo. Zero sauce. Called customer service and they tried to reorder my food. No give me a full refund. Never ever will I use this store.

Decent place to work if you’re single or married without children. If you’re a mother with children though, carefully consider the accomplishments you are looking to gain. I am aware of several women that are mothers with children still in the home. Despite how hard you are willing to work, despite the levels that you are willing to go to better yourself for the companies benefit. You will never go beyond the title of shift manager, you will never become the RGM or the Area Coach and god knows whatever position you will be overlooked merely because you’re a mother with children still residing underneath your roof. In my personal opinion, this is obviously a company that merely cares about their revenue streams with employees who are willing to sacrifice (personal life) every waking minute to provide the company the most profitable growth. Those with family providing solid work ethics, going above and beyond dividing their time between family, work, settling with simplicity’s of life, giving their all in hopes of positional growth within the company that merely prevents them from further growth when they reach a certain point. To me this is merely a company that values their financial growth and gains over valuable hard working employees that’s willing to get them there with time. In simplicity money and business growth at a fast rate outweigh the value of an employee by depreciating those who are willing to work hard providing a respectable customer service for the customers while keeping sight of growing with company and providing the company the business & financial growth that it desires.
