Visited this restaurant on a whim with my Mom as we had an appointment nearby. We were so pleasantly surprised we will be back ASAP! Thank you to Rachel and Suzanne for excellent service, food, drinks, and conversation. They have an excellent pasta night deal; unheard of really. I had a salad, pasta dish (they even accommodated gluten free pasta) dessert, and coffee for $25! Where else can you get that kind of deal?! Overall excellent experience. We will be back 🙂

I come here for the pizza….once or twice a week. I get a pie each time and the staff is GREAT but Michael is “FANTASTIC”. The atmosphere is great and very friendly. I can’t see getting a slice. I live in Coram (right next to Port Jeff) and I was going to Smithtown (10 miles away) to get my pies until I found out about Carnival. My next door neighbor told me about them and they are GREAT. Don’t sleep on Carnival….I love this place.

Tonight was the first time at Carnival in years and won’t be going back for years. Great wait staff. Bread was very bready and not crusty. Mussels in red sauce were tasty. Sauce out of this world. The eggplant app in red sauce also delish. The veal sorrentino was tasteless as was the pasta with the same sauce – and very lite sauce as well. The chocolate cake was a nice portion and tasty. All in all, very disappointing.

Ordered pizza for delivery. The pizza was left on my doorstep blocking the door making it difficult to open the door. No knock. When I finally got the pizza inside i was stunned at how burnt the pie was.

I always loved coming here with my sister… she would get her 2 original slices, and I my 1 sicilian slice & salad with grilled chicken with a SLAMMING RASPBERRY HOME MADE DRESSING!!! BEST SALADS MADE fresh in front of you. All vinaigrettes & dressings are ABSOFREAKNLUTELY DELICIOUS… I only wished the chicken wrap, had more flavor, and cheese in it. It was good, but my salad PHENOMENAL!!! Each & every time…. I added more cheese, fresh onion and garlic and used their Italian dressing on the wrap, and BOOM …just the tiny tweek needed.
