Absolutely horrible experience!! We paid $30 for our food at 10:47pm!! They brought our food out an it was wrong so we called back an asked them to bring the messed up item back as we had it delivered, they told us it would be an 1 hour an 45 mins an we said okay, to when 1 am rolled around we called an they said their driver was out an would bring our food next an snickered! Okay whatever, kids act like kids. We waited until 2am an called back an a boy awnser told my husband they were closed and HUNG UP on him. Such poor service!! These boys should not work here!

Absolutely horrible service. Made an order tonight right around 9:00 p.m. When I made the order the estimate time of arrival was 24-34 minutes. I got a notification that the pizza was taken out of the oven around 9:15. The driver didn’t show up until an hour later. Then he calls and tells me he is at my door. So I go outside to see that he isn’t. I try to get him to go in the right direction, but he doesn’t listen and goes in the opposite. When he finally shows up, I don’t give him a tip because of his rudeness. I told him that if he were quicker, he would get a tip. I don’t tip for bad service. He then proceeds to make excuses. Horrible customer service. As you can see from the pic, the pizza was cold and had to be reheated just to be edible. Really disappointed. Never had any issues with this location before, but will certainly never be back.

Christian is a really nice person. They have a very friendly staff they are very very very quick I mean I’m talking soon as you order it you better be on the way because it will be ready in 10 to 15 minutes for small pizza or chicken these guys will literally do anything they are a great staff and I have been going here for almost 8 years. I used to have deliveries made for the last 6 years just the last couple of years I started driving and picking them up you save money on delivery and the food is actually a little bit better when picked up.. basically if you’re looking out really quickly call this place ahead of time they will have your order ready in a matter of minutes

They always get my order correct and the delivery drivers are always friendly and courteous. Sometimes they are short handed and it takes longer than expected to get my order. However they always make it right with points or coupons. I understand stuff happens but what matters is they make it right.

This Domino’s pizza location on Topside Rd. is my go-to place for excellent pizza, friendly delivery people and prompt and accurate processing my food order request. I have never had an order that I have placed with them to be incorrect. I love their customer service thoroughly and will continue to order from them when I am in the mood for excellent pizza, boneless chicken, yummy apple dip, not to mention their chocolate lava cakes.

They are just down the road from us and they’re the go to pizza spot. Their variety of pizzas and deals help us save money too. The chicken Alfredo w/ bacon is my favorite. The changes Domino’s made to their way of making pizzas years ago made them one of my favorite brand pizzas to buy
