Ordered lunch from here today and it was horrible fries were cold and sad looking. Chicken sandwich was hard and not fresh at all! I guess they gave me an chicken breast from 2 Sundays ago. Bread hard as a rock. Just a total waste. Mind you this was at 11:45ish when they are just opening. Sidenote: my job is three minutes away it’s no way my food shouldn’t have been fresh VERY DISAPPOINTING. Also I (not doordash not uber) (ME) picked up the food! So what is the excuse?!?!?!

Staff here are friendly and accurate with orders. The manager on duty was very attentive and kind. The food was as with most Wing Stop locations. It was good, although they need to add more flavor, in my opinion. Overall, the experience here was far superior to that at Buffalo Wild Wings.

I usually come to this location every Friday and have a good experience. Their is a lady that has the best customer service gets my order correct just all around great. I come today and she’s off for a week sadly but good for her bad for me because I get a girl with glasses says that she’s the manager had the worst customer service didn’t get my order right food was under cooked and when I brought the issue to her she wanted to argue with me … I told her I was not going back and forth with her and I’ll wait for them to correct the issue. I asked her about getting a managers contact and to my surprise she’s the manager which it should definitely be the young lady I mentioned in the beginning of my review… The “manager” I encountered definitely makes the company look horrible the higher up’s she definitely look into replacing her.

Service was slow they confused our orders giving us someone else’s food and after we had opened up the food and gave it back to the cashier she then turns around and attempts to give the customer her order just nasty and not food safe.

My family was visiting for Christmas and we ordered Wingstop from the Lexington location for dinner on 12/26. We picked up the order around 9:00 and by the time we brought it home and ate it was about 10 and we noticed the wings were incredibly dry super rubbery and very chewy. They closed at 11:00 so it was too late to call and go back there. I figured I would call first in Monday morning on 12/27 which I did and I had the worst experience with the employee there that answered the phone. He was so so rude so unhelpful and repeatedly kept telling me the same thing over and over again which is that I should have called the night before. I told him it was an hour before closing and I did not want to turn around and come back after I had already come and picked the wings up and brought them home. We barely ate them and I took a picture of the rest before we threw them away because they were so inedible. He said the manager wasn’t there and I should have called last night despite me explaining the situation. He literally hung up the phone on me. I called back three times after that and he did not answer my call at Wingstop. I’m going to post a picture of my phone logs And these terrible wings. It’s one thing to have the food not made right It’s another to have such horrible customer service. I would never give them my business again!!! Do not recommend this location at all first off was the customer service… I mean who hangs up on a customer?!!!! Just terrible!!!!

Hands down, this Wingstop is the best location I have ever been around Houston. Everyone’s attitude was awesome and they keep this place super clean. Also Rosalba, the cashier was very polite and provided a professional and super friendly customer service.
