I ordered a cake that was supposed to be a pastel rainbow cake for my daughter’s birthday. When I got home and looked at the cake it was definitely not pastel or much rainbow at that. It was mainly red orange and purple. I called and spoke to Sam-and she told me that because they find t have a decorator there today she could just rewrite the words. I told her that wouldn’t make sense since the border would still be the same. She told me I could come in and just pick a cake from the case they had. I drove 30 min in rush hour traffic. When I get there she tells me that she can’t exchange the cake because there is writing in it, and that she would give me half off another cake. Why would I want 2 cakes when you all messed up my original cake. She didn’t even offer to give me half off the cake I just bought. Now I’ve spent an 1hr with this ice cream cake in my car and as of 5:39pm me getting home it is melting and the red icing is bleeding. The worse customer service and I will not be coming back.

Consistently understaffed and painfully slow because of it. Have tried to go here 3 times in the past months after the kids games and ended up leaving to get ice cream at shop n save. There is no doubt we got home, ate a giant bowl of ice cream and were done before we woukd have made it to the counter. Done, never again… it’s spring/summer on a Sunday night, it doesn’t take an MBA to figure out tons of people are coming for ice cream.

Service is painfully slow in the building. Not sure if everyone was brand new and had no idea what they were doing. There was no management. I waited 25 minutes for a burger and 2 blizzards. My burger was cold and the blizzards were milkshakes. I would go to any other DQ but this one. This also isn’t the first time having issues here. If you’re willing to spend $3-5 for ice cream go to the milkshake factory 10 minutes away for quality $7 ice cream.
