Cancro Special
Provolone, roast beef and pepperoni. In the summer of ’74, the Pepsi delivery man requested a curious combination of provolone, roast beef, and pepperoni. Peter Cancro’s brother, John, liked the sandwich so much, he gave it the family name and a menu spot of its own.

Lazy staff that was standing around while pick-up orders were piling up. And this was 20 minutes after we ordered. It would be another 25 before we finally got our food. It would’ve been faster to simply come in and order. They also didn’t put any sauce on my wife’s dry sandwich or change their gloves when making each individual customer’s sandwiches. Will not be coming back to this location EVER again.

The Lathrup Village Jersey Mike’s location can get busy, and yet, the staff keeps it cool. It’s truly a team that makes this location my go-to. It can’t be easy to manage a meat slicer efficiently, be patient as customers change-up “Mike’s Way” AND keep track of the online orders; all while keeping the line movin’. Also, I need to give Tatyana at the register, a big shout-out. She was kind and pleasant… it was a 20-second transaction, but her positivity stayed with me the rest of the day! Oh, and did I mention? …the subs taste great!

Service was excellent. The staff was friendly even though it was 30 minutes until closing. Food was mediocre at best. The price is too high for what you get. The coupon made it bearable, but still not a very good sandwich. The staff was not at fault, it’s just not a good sandwich to me. Very bland. I don’t see any reason to return, but it does look very good inside.

This location can never make the sandwiches correctly, even when you specifically order in detail. Sandwiches never have what you requested. It not that hard to read the online order when it says Mikes way. Avoid this location as much as possible.

I love this place I love Lee her personality is so uplifting she has a good spirit that girl is amazing I’ve been in the store where customers are in the wrong and she apologized about the situation told them to have a good day and walked away to defuse the situation while the customer was still going at it whoever raised this young lady did a good job but I noticed she was gone for a couple of weeks we didn’t like that where is she hopefully when I return to this store she’ll be there if hope the owner or manager see this and give that girl a raise or at least acknowledge her and her hard work she’s always singing and dancing slice really fast it’s about 10 of us that’s all about Lee

I used to love this location of Jersey Mike’s but out of my last 10 orders 9 of them have been wrong. The 1 out of 10 order was so completely incorrect that they refunded my money. Despite stating we have allergies we still end up with subs with lettuce, tomato, and onions on it rendering the food completely inedible.

I would just like to say first off I will never show up to this place again! especially when you have little kids running it. Someone explain to me why I get there at 8:15 and they close at 9 and they immediately say to me before even getting to the register we have no steak just chicken what place are you guys running??? And the place was extremely filthy!!! shut it down or I hope it gets shut down!!! You either run it right or shut it down ASAP. The food is good the location is garbage and it’s people!!! Bloomfield hills location much better if I could give zero stars to this location I would!!!
