They sold me old chicken, that was completely dried out. The meat was like jerky. I called to tell them about it, she offers me another one or a refund, I ask for another one. Usually they’re pretty good, hopefully they would redeem themselves It gets delivered, and it’s still exactly the same, just hotter. I call to complain again, and she gives me attitude, says “I don’t know what you want, we delivered another one” then hung up on me. Okinawa, if you ever read this, LEARN HOW TO HANDLE FOOD! YOURE PLAYING WITH PEOPLES HEALTH!

We love this place! We have been coming here for the last 18 months and we’ve never had a bad experience. The food is wonderful, the sushi is always fresh too! The portions are large, so it’s a great deal for how much you pay. For our family, it’s easily one of our favorite restaurants.

This review is in regards to take out orders. These guys used to be 5 star, the food is still good but the to go service has gone down hill. Such a shame, I’ve been placing large orders there for years. We placed an order for a couple different quarts of food and they accidentally gave us combos. I don’t like the pork fried rice and you get very little meat with combos so I called them, the woman said she made a mistake, no big deal mistakes happen, however, they then told me it would be more money for the right meals AND asked for the food back. They also asked if I could drive there to switch them out. What? They did end up delivering but after saying 30 minutes it took over an hour. We had to wait and give them another $5 plus give the wrong food back to be thrown away. That was not good business, but the delivery guy was friendly.

The only good thing about the food was the fact that it was warm when I got it. Other than that, everything tasted horrible. Especially the general tso’s chicken tasting old and not being spicy at all. I didn’t even bother eating the egg roll.
