I don’t understand what is with this location pizza hut. I ordered a hand tossed crust and it’s nothing like it used to be or other locations. No seasoning, definitely not what it used to be and no flavor.. totally bland. They are skimpy on toppings and this isn’t the 1st time. Their melts, the new melts on menu, don’t bother. You’ll get a crust and minimal cheese and barely a topping inside. I wish, so wish Pizza Hut was as good as it used to be! Maybe they should take tips for “how to” from the Defiance Ohio Pizza Hut!

Was supposed to deliver to Edy’s receiving door number1 gave them my number to call when he or she was close delivered somewhere else in the plant. Can’t find pizza now. Thanks Someone in the plant delivered it to me fially1hr and 20 min later! Good pizza but cold

The staff saw me at the pickup window waiting for at least 5 minutes without as much as an acknowledgement. Finally someone from the back of the store came to the window and helped me. I used to manage restaurants and it was always a huge rule to never ignore a customer. I’ve noticed that nowadays we get that a lot in the food service industry. I actually had to knock on the window to get service, even though 3 drivers saw me sitting there and a kitchen worker put stuff into the holding over in front of me and never even looked my way. Once I did get service, he was friendly but not even an apology when I told him how long I was sitting there. In summary, I’d say that the customer doesn’t come first with that particular crew.

Just not the same Ft Wayne Pizza Hut we all grew up with- quality and attention have really suffered. Mild wings ordered and we received hot. No garlic butter crust- even though it was ordered. Breadsticks were soaked with garlic butter and were soggy. Pizza was average. The chances of us ordering or visiting a FW Pizza Hut in the future doesn’t look good. Plus was the last few orders have been extremely quick!
