I dare to say this taqueria sells the best tacos! The taste is very authentic (real Mexican tacos). I ordered carnita tacos with salsa and pico de gallo. I would live to eat them again. I also had nachos with meat. I highly recommend this place.

Very similar to chipotle but the best thing about El Jefe’s Taqueria is that they freed the Guac! So guac is “free” or rather you can get the guac without worrying of being charged so much more for it! Love the bowls and the tacos! Will come back again to get more!

I made the mistake of ordering tacos from a place that doesn’t specialize in them. I definitely wasn’t feeling the quality of the food. I do like the set-up and decor though. I placed the order online when it wasn’t busy and it wasn’t made when I arrived. The workers looked a bit puzzled.

This is an undiscovered gem. This location next to Canes has the vibes, with the great music, enthusiastic staff and fresh food. My friends and I walked in and we ordered churros. The churros were freshly fried in front of us, and it was delightful after a long bike ride. It was like an award of some kind after a long night. I would definitely recommend to come here on a late night.

They neglected to add the proteins to both my dishes. No steak, no carnitas. That’s what I ordered but that’s not what I got. No communication on the topic – just paid full price and they sent the vegetarian versions of each. It was fast. But it was not what I ordered. I won’t order again. I’m surprised many others have had good experiences. I won’t try again. I’ve got options and this crumby experience has spent my trust.
