We chose to eat here since it was new management even though parking lot was empty for lunch. Ordered our food. A lot more expensive. Cashier made me feel uncomfortable from his little jokes. Started eating our food when the kitchen staff started cursing about one of there lost chicken. Supervisor did nothing about it and was cursing as well. We had a toddler with us who picks up every word. I couldn’t eat my chicken nuggets out of the famous bowl. They were so tough. Trying to get out of parking lot had to go back up and go opposite direction because employee’s ride was in the middle of parking lot couldnt get around them when the employee was taking her time texting to get in vehicle. So we will not be returning.

Well ladies and gentlemen I decided to give the place another shot. After 5 years of refusing to eat here because of the poor quality or food and subpar service. The food was fresh and made with care and attention to detail. The management was very friendly and willing to do all they could to make sure our food was exactly what we ordered. I will be coming back and helping make this muscatine business a thriving one again.

We visited the Muscatine location, Saturday afternoon around 1 pm. We ordered a KFC Famous bowl with no gravy and a 4 pc whole wings meal, extra crispy. We were asked to pull ahead as they said fresh popcorn chicken was being made. We waited about 15 minutes. The employee came out with our order and thanked us. My wife checked her famous bowl and it was oozing with gravy. I looked up the number on Google maps. I called and I explained the problem. They apologized and brought out a replacement bowl. We got to our second destination to eat our meals and found my crispy chicken extra extra extra crispy as you can see by the photo. Having been employed by Yum brands twenty years ago, I know this chicken was very overcooked. It’s unfortunate, in these times, and these people who worked through the pandemic, deserve a raise and high praise. However, when you receive food like we did, we reevaluate our thoughts. Hope you do better in the future.

For this to be $48 worth of food is not worth it there’s no way they are going to make it the fries were so stiff and burnt the popcorn chicken you didn’t get very much for 1399 that’s ridiculous and the famous bowl don’t even get me started the chicken was burnt the corn was burnt if I can give us a zero I would they are not going to make it they went downhill this place is way too expensive for the food if it was better it would be worth it but it’s just not good never again

They open at 10:30 and I arrived at 10:50 and they told me they weren’t ready yet so I wait 10 minutes and they tell me another 10. Then after 20 minutes of waiting they tell me they still aren’t ready and it would be at least 25 minutes. I won’t be going back.
