Definitely more of a to-go establishment with very limited seating (3 outdoor 4 tops and 2-3 indoor 2 tops) but most of the food we had was pretty dang good, was also pricey. They do have a drive through which I didn’t know! Didn’t expect to spend as much as I did especially since I almost didn’t get to sit and eat. Staff was extremely friendly. Food came out pretty quick. The naked birdie and the hot birdie were great! The fries also great but unexpectedly spicy, my daughter couldn’t eat them. Maybe I could ask for no seasoning for her fries next time. The Mac and cheese was decent. The pickles, YUM!!! They have a ton of sauces but they are almost a dollar each and come in larger portions than I feel necessary, wish they had a smaller option. They have local beer and some on draft! The biggest issue was with the chicken tenders. My daughter is young and very picky so tenders and fries were all that she would eat on the menu. The tenders were so greasy, had to use multiple napkins, also the breading was falling off. I would definitely go back for the sandwiches.

We excited hoping it was going to taste as good as Hattie B’s in Nashville. But, we were very disappointed. The food was not good at all. It was just your ordinary chicken sandwich and chicken fingers. Hattie B’s in Nashville is 100x better than that and for the price we paid I would have went down the road to Chick fil A and would have enjoyed my food much better. It was also extremely hot inside. The ac thermostat was on 88 and we were burning up. But I do give them 4 stars for customer service. They were very friendly and polite. Just don’t come here to want a good chicken sandwich, cause you aren’t gonna get that.

The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was not far off of Hattie B’s in Nashville! No joke, I thought it was about that good. This place is the real deal! My buddy is convinced they have the best chicken sandwich in town and they just might. The mac and cheese was incredible, and the fries were really good too! If you want to try Nashville style chicken, this is about as good as you’ll get this side of Tennessee.

Such a tasty clean chicken sandwhich! The slaw mixed with the heat of the sandwhich is the perfect combination… came in town for graduation had to stop by and the taste is still superb. Love the new combos and the seasoning on the fries is fire!

First time being at this place, phenomenal , way better than all the other chicken strip places . definitely worth the price. and to come back. One thing about chicken strip places is it always small chicken tenders ! NOT HERE!!! I bee back HBC ! That’s truly what this place is The True HBC lol !!!

You guys have had really good food, but this time it was well below average. Fries and chicken was soggy and rubbery. The service staff seems to have no idea what they’re doing. Also placed an order for pickup and gave showed up 10 min after the scheduled time and still waited for 10 min. Multiple times where they’ve messed up my order, saw them almost forget another guests fries, made the incorrect shake even though the receipt explicitly said chocolate. Also doesn’t seem AC works which is insane for how hot it has been here. Ownership you really need to get a grasp on things at this one, very disappointing experience.

I hyped myself up and was let down. We got 2 birdie bundles. The sandwiches were OK and moderately fresh, but the fries were over cooked and cold. The macaroni was cold. The soda was flat. There are much better places in T Town to grab a chicken sandwich. It’s very underwhelming for the price. Especially when the food isn’t hot.

Tried the Hot Birdie Chicken sandwich. I give the sandwich 5 stars but I can’t understand why I received a hot sandwich but cold fries… If you’re gonna staple the bag closed, at least have the decency to give your patron hot fries along with their hot sandwich! I’ll definitely try the sandwich again but skip the fries.

Drove about 20 minutes there to purchase a gift card as a part of my friend’s birthday gift. She loves this place, she and her family eat there often. The cashier was very polite, unfortunately no one knew how to ring up/scan the gift cards. He did suggest that I could wait until the next shift arrived and they may be able to assist. Although I wasted 40 minutes. I’ll call back later because I know my friend would appreciate it.
