KFC has always been a favorite. Anyone who knows me can attest that I love fried chicken! Today was horrible! I had to wait 32 minutes for 4 pieces of chicken along with 6 others who were also waiting. The young man who took my order was the only pleasant thing about this purchase. The place is filthy as a broken drink dispenser sits in the lobby filthy. OMG! As waited I sat looking around asking myself what are you doing in this dirty place? After a long work week,, thats what I wanted. Get it together KFC on Perkins and Bluebonnet!!!

Omg the new chicken nuggets are top tier. Hands down out doing that other place…and not just because there open on Sunday . The taste is similar to that company but the breading is just a lil more crisp. And the combo of 12 nuggets a side drink and biscuit was $10. I had left overs

Order through app ready by 15 min firstime i was stand in front of register for 15 min to be asked and second time i got here 5min later that estimated time and same thing to be asked took several min and i have to wait 20 min because they just drop it. I only order because my family want this chicken but next time i will avoid ordering from this place whatever it takes.

Unpleasant employees at this location during the night shift. They were out of many drink options and gave me just two carbonated drinks when I told the drive through lady she took them back and said she will bring them out to us if we pulled around. We waited in the car and no one came outside with the drinks so I just walked in and no one acknowledged me or said anything after I took the drink cups they filled up that were just sitting out. The girl just stared at me when I took the drink and she walked away without any acknowledgement. When I got home to eat the meal the biscuit wasn’t even fully cooked and was raw dough in the center and my kfc bowl had no gravy on it? I specifically mentioned the gravy and said they could use extra i wouldn’t be mad and I got one with no gravy

Went to the drive-thru in order to bucket a chicken and paid. When he handed me my card back he said it would be 12 minutes pull around to the front door. I waited for 25 still no chicken I went in and they said what did you order and where’s your receipt The man at the window never gave me a receipt. He said it would be just a few more minutes two to three I waited seven or eight still no chicken I went back in and told them I wanted my money back they said oh the chickens coming out right now. I was trying to feed quite a few children. Waited 10 more minutes and still no chicken. Everyone in the place was terrible at best I’ll never go back to a KFC ever again. Whoever is the manager or owns that should be ashamed of themselves and I mean ashamed.
