We’ve been trying to try all the taco trucks in town and usually Birra lately. it was great here! The price was a little higher than I expected and shown on the menu when the grand total came. Service was slightly slow. I love the red kind of creamy hot sauce but I had to ask for it. first time I have seen or gotten a side of guacamole type salsa. The atmosphere was pretty crowded with cars around but awesome artwork on their fence by the picnic tables. The sun is in your face when you’re looking at the menu and the cooler was also in direct sun. This is the second taco truck that meant for us to get our drinks out of the cooler but didn’t say anything at first or at all. cactus onion mix side is sour but I like the idea! We got that with Quesa Birra (3 tacos) and an asada (steak) torta.

Freshly cooked, delicious, decently fast. It’s a food truck you don’t want to miss, trust me. Personally recommend trying the Burro Birria, you’ll be shocked once you see it and taste it!

The best street tacos in Springfield in my opinion. Atmosphere I mean it’s a food truck so that is what it is. People are extremely nice. Me and my daughter like to go at least 3 times a month

I had three amazing carnitas tacos at this unassuming location. Perfectly prepared, and the “mild” salsa appears homemade. I am only in town for a few days and plotting how often i can get back to this truck!

Tacos were ok but all of the food wasn’t as hot as it could be. The rice was dry and the beans were obviously canned with some unmelted shredded cheese on top.

I tried lengua tacos here for the first time and they were soooo good, it also came with some really tender and buttery potatoes and some greens (no idea what they were, but they were spicy and delicious). Honestly though, I drove 25 minutes across town because they had pupusas and I was pretty disappointed (got pork and cheese) It didn’t come with any of the pickled slaw stuff and they were hard to eat by themselves. It didn’t taste like a whole lot of anything? But they have delicious green salsa that went decently with it. Still giving 5 stars, would definitely recommend you give them a try
