The sign says it all. Five cars in front of me, Doing an uber eats delivery for 8 dollars. It would be nice if they had a pylon at the front of this trapped in mess letting you know it may take 30 minutes to an hour to get your order. Once you enter there is no escape from this drive-thru!!

The order was wrong as they forgot to put bacon on a bacon double quarter pounder, forgot my kids’ French fries, and tried to give me no sauce for my chicken nuggets. When i went in to get it addressed, the manager was dismissive of me and my concerns. And mumbled under her breath something with the B word. Brushed it off cause I don’t wanna go back through the prison ordeal, They gave us one slice of bacon when the sandwich would normally have two and got me my fried for my daughter. When i inquired about the sauce, she was like I put 2 in the bag. Had she bothered to look at the receipt that I had brought in with me and check the order, she would have known that 2 sauce cups was not enough workout being told, but I said I have 50 nuggets 2 cups isn’t enough, so she had the counter guy as more. Then, as I left, she made some rude comments I couldn’t quite hear.

If you are a delivery person do not waste your time here. While waiting for the food that you have to deliver, they will not call you when the order is ready. Even after you let them know that you are here for a specific order to deliver they will bag it and still put it in there back counter. These people will not let you know that your order is ready for delivery. I’ve waited for at least 10 minutes the last few times and the whole time my bag was in the back sitting and the food getting cold. I am avoiding this McDonald’s during the morning shift because the manager doesn’t know how to operate a business.
