The staff was great. The service was decent I’ll give it a four star. The food is ultimately horrible. My jalapeno bites came cold, my loaded fries were the wrong kind. I will try this place again to see if I can give it a better rating next time. Please do not just stick things in a warmer it becomes disgusting after a amount of time has passed.

When the manager is kind of rude to me at the counter, and then I watch that same manager stick his bare hands in the fries and pop one into his mouth and eat it. All I’m gonna say is they don’t have to worry about me stopping back in.

I went to pick up a DoorDash order at 920pm hooves state they are open until 10 all 3 employees saw me and refused to acknowledge I was there I called the store multiple times and was hung up on. This is unacceptable behavior at least let me know you are not accepting anymore orders rather than flat out ignoring me.

I really dig Arby’s and I seem to catch them about 30 mins before they close but never had i had them just NOT be open….but sadly enough, the Arby’s in Longmont on north main by Taco Bell & Popeye’s, was closed well before both what the website and app stated this trip. Maybe online is wrong or maybe they ditched out early but I got there at 10:05pm and looking up hours, they should be open till 1030pm ♀️ ♀️ so nope. That sucked.

The roast beef was very tender but there was noticibly less than I’ve gotten in the past )which probably explains why there are choices for double and triple size). The curly fries were hot and just the right combination of crunchy outside, soft middles. We had a little wait (about 10 minutes), but there were more people than I’ve ever seen in the drive-thru line (wrapped around the parking lot), so I thought things moved pretty quickly. The young man on the intercom and at the window was very polite, helpful, and patient.

The lady taking my order was very polite. Did not make me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience like some places. Food was fresh and hot. I ordered the double roast beef except I requested it on the Kings Hawaiian roll (highly recommend) and she was very accommodating with my request. Highly recommend this particular location.

Every few years I go to an Arby’s just to remind myself why I don’t go to Arby’s. This was no different. The people that work there were great. I just always ask myself why they don’t put sauce on there sandwiches and this restaurant had a dispenser for most of there sauces so I got some of each one tried all of them on the food and none of them taste good on there food. So I guess if all there sauces are bad maybe that’s why they don’t put them on food. Like seriously guys get some barbecue sauce to go on your beef n cheddar. Or some vinegar there are so many simple things that taste good why do none of them exist in this restaurant? The shakes and fries are good though..

Disgusting food, went there July 1st 2023. Guy at window told us the fries might be bad so he threw some extra in, not confidence inspiring… Half the order was missing. What we got was nasty looking and tasting. This will be the last time going to Arby’s.
