Ok, first, I took ONE look at the salsa they gave me and knew this place was gonna be fire… that said I cannot rave highly enough about the salsa specifically; heavy on the peppers in flavor, but combining sweet, smoky, and savory flavors in one, all in a way I have never had before. (It was just green, idk if they have others, I had a to go order and it was the only one in the bag). Just the tiniest bit spicy, so it’s really all about honoring the flavors of the ingredients, which I really appreciated. I had the carnitas and pastor tacos. Both were excellent. The carnitas was soft and salty and tasted like pork, and the pastor was very smoky and savory and also just a tiny bit spicy. I wish I had gotten more of each. Wow I see the reviews and decided to go through the drive thru and get enchiladas. I was not disappointed. Served fresh and hot! The rice and beans are bomb!! The cheese was melty and red sauce very tasty. 10/10 would go back!!
