Love it! Service is really six stars at this spot. We get smoothies or bowls, and the bowls are great for lunch. My partner walks over from the construction site where he works so we can have lunch sometimes, so it’s a nice break from the heat and it’s so good to have a lunch that’s made of something healthy and tastes so good. Big fans of the piña colada smoothie and the Key West Bowl. The Cacao is great if you want something rich!

I think they train the employees to just skip ingredients that they run out of. The menu items are missing the flavors in the description. I have never had anything the correct way here, which is why I have given up on giving them my business and am now leaving this review. I’m annoyed with myself for giving them ample opportunities, only to have never received what I actually paid for.

Walked into here to buy a bowl not only did I get ignored the first five minutes while 2 employees where on there phones my açaí bowl tasted like straight water no flavor to it what so ever the food I got served was also very dry and obviously was out no effort to not returning here

The bowls are always delicious. I love that they put a bit of honey on top for sweetness. The fruit is always fresh. The reason for the 4 stars is because the bathroom was disgusting. It smelled bad and the floor was covered with waste water. That bowl was not a good one.

The first time I got a bowl here I wasn’t too impressed with it but I just figured maybe I was being grumpy….I went back a second time because my preferred choice (Sweetberry in the Mercato) is still closed due to Covid-19. The second bowl was worse. The banana had brown spots which normally isn’t a big deal but it was paired with the fact that I was given about 3/4 of a strawberry and it was completely white. This is a mega disappointment when the advertisement pictures the bowls with a basically cascading arrangement of fresh ripe fruit. It’s just a huge bummer when you’re basically paying $9 for a smoothie bowl and it’s not good.
