I am not sure how there’s a 3.5 star rating when clearly this establishment is not living up to the brand. When you can’t tell which pizza is which and all the pizzas are cold and hard, there’s a problem. I guess people will have to go inside the store and wait and watch how the pizza is made in order to get the Pizza Hut brand that we all love. Please learn how to make Pizza Hut pizzas. A pan pizza should never look like a hand tossed pizza. 10 pepperonis on a large pizza should not happen, ever. And presentation is key. Corporate needs to be brought in to stop the madness. Of course you’ve lost this customer but save your business or end up like the rest of the shut down restaurants in the small town area. Wish that I could post the video to show how dry the pizzas were. You all get the picture here. Management must know that the people in the area won’t refuse to pay after waiting for a mess of a pizza. Stop scamming your loyal patrons with this disgusting behavior.

This is a disgrace customer service was terrible. I just ordered some buffalo wings ,thinking I was going to bite into something heavenly. I opened the box and it’s NO SAUCE!!!!!! I called multiple times and got hung up on. Stating “she thought the conversation was over ” I need my 9 dollars returned asap and this needs to be seen by management

My boyfriend loves their pizza but every time we go in there is only one worker working and she always takes her time finishing whatever she’s doing before addressing customers coming in she’s not very polite just straight to it atmosphere is very unwelcoming and wait times are high for orders that are long completed

Lake Jackson Pizza Hut manager has a disgusting attitude along with the careless attitude of the delivery driver. The manager said she would remake our pizza but lied. Manager also hung up on us when we called back to inquire about where our pizza was and she also told us she was the one who made the pizza. Quality, care and customer service is what is missing! These people are disgusting.

Zero stars if I could. You forgot my drink, driver said he will be back with it, and of course left my family hanging with no drink! Oh and it looked Like the driver dropped kicked my pizza. This was god awful!! Pizza was cold, soggy, and not enjoyable.
