I loved the food it was really fresh and the fries were perfect. I tend to not like thin fries but these were seasoned and cooked to perfection. I also loved the whole vibe this place has when you walk in. The menu is a bit daunting to look at but it honestly really simple. Will definitely come again

I had driven by this place many times and always wanted to give it a try. Well, today I did and I was very happy. Service was amazing and so was the food. I got a double cheeseburger combo omg! I could smell the fries in the car. They were seasoned amazingly and the burger was so juicy and delicious. The cheese was melted all the condiments were the perfect amount. I will definitely be coming back

I’ve been here a few times, old Dallas burger spot. I got 4 double cheeseburgers all the way, 4 fries and a chicken tender salad. I asked the African American lady if she had any Burger House seasoning salt, and she gave me a stare like I just asked for a million dollar personal loan. I’m not sure if the children that were running behind the counter were hers, but she seemed to be more preoccupied with them than taking care of her customers. Her attitude left a bad taste in my mouth. On the positive side, there’s another lady who is very polite, professional, and attentive (my apologies for not remembering her name). The rest of the crew at this location are very hard workers.

The black guy in the drive through window really needs to be trained on customer service, he don’t say thank you, he don’t repeat the order, even when you ask him to explain the pricing why it’s so expensive, he looks a little challenged in the math department. Business owners please teach the people serving your customers good order taking skills, reading the order back for clarity, and explaining that there will be additional fees when you add things to your order. I had no idea a $8.00 burger would be almost $12.00 dollars until I got to the drive up window. He has no people skills, not even a smile

On Wednesday I decided to give this place a try. I ordered a cheese burger with fries. I couldn’t believe that burger, fries and drink sold different prices, which added up to $15.00 some change.
