Poor costumer service with bad attitudes. They don’t even acknowledge you when you approach the Register. Food pre was too busy chatting it up and asking the female employees where his hug was at rather than making the food. The other was more interested in being on their phone while the other acted like it was such a bother to grab a bbq sauce. Don’t waste your money in this BK if this is the type of service you will be getting.

Tonight before parking my truck I drove through the fuel aisle and decided I wanted to have something for dinner. I know I probably shouldn’t have bought something considering I just purchased a microwave and I’ve been trying to save money by eating in my truck I just couldn’t resist the urge for a couple of fish sandwiches. I checked Boston Market having never been to one before and they told me they did not have fish so right next door was Burger King and boy I know they have fish so I went over there to order. As I walked up to the counter at 6:22 p.m. I spoke to a lady. I believe her name is Rhonda. At least, that’s what it says on the receipt.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Old, ugly chick behind the counter was annoyed as soon as I walked in. Was rude while taking my order, acted like it was my fault they were out of stock on certain items. Absolute as no right being employed in a customer service position.

Rhonda is by far the rudest person ever. She was talking over me while ordering and telling me how everything I want costs extra. Then I double check to make sure she put sauce in my bag and she wanted to argue. Also, the onion rings were undercooked. I saw them come out of the fryer too soon and they were cold and soggy. Worst service. Go to Boston market or order door dash.
