Whoever was working ar the drive thru on 8/5/23 at 5:00 pm needs to learn better customer service. She was so rude! I told my husband to just cancel the order but he decided to just pay. It’s bad when you order drinks and throw them in the garbage because of someone’s rudeness. I wouldn’t dare drink something she fixed for me acting so rude!

Not much going for this Arby’s, I’m afraid. The service wasn’t terrible, but you could tell the drive thru clerk had other places she’d rather be. I get that girl, I was in a car for 14 hours with 3 kids under 10, a dog, a rabbit and a husband. The food was disappointing, the fries overdone, the soda flat. I mean, it’s fast food, so I don’t have high standards anyway, but I’m glad this was a pass through location and not our local place.

Gross ! Buffalo chicken wraps, 4 chunks of chicken,old tomatoes and lettuce tons of nasty sauce, beef and cheddar sandwiches were missing the cheddar. Chicken tenders were hard as a rock. Thanks for at least having fresh fries. Complete waste of time.

This is one of my favorite places to eat, but this particular location is not. Maybe I mumbled but did not get my order correct. Floors were sticky, customer complained that I got my order before his. He was waiting 10 mins. I was right away. Customer was dealt with in an un professional manner. Find another location if you would like better service.
