I wen in and I saw amazing customer service from start to finish with my order I walked in. It was a little hot. They should probably get their AC fixed but overall I had a great experience. I went in the other day for dinner with the family and we had a great experience. There was only 3 people working but they all was very efficient and did a great job. The only down side about it was it was way to hot for us to eat inside so we got take out. They all was very sorry about the heat but their ac went out but there was nothing we could do so we wasn’t mad about it. They all talked to us while we waited for them to cook it fresh for us. Even though people go to fast food places to get their food fast I personally would rather wait the few extra minutes to get it fresh and hot instead of cold nasty food. Over all my family and I had a great experience and we will be going back.

Very sweet and professional girl named Kali waited on me and my husband at the Weatherford, OK. Carl’s Jr. She made us feel very special instead of acting like it was just a job that she didn’t want to be at. She took pride in her job and was very helpful.

Went in the lobby for a late dinner and although the air conditioner was not working and it was very warm inside, Shelby had a positive attitude and gave very good service to our family. Will return again, hopefully cooler inside.

The guy taking my order through the drive thru randomly said we don’t have any Dr. Pepper. Which is totally fine if I had even mentioned Dr. Pepper but I didn’t order any drink. At all.

We came in on a Monday night around 8:30pm with 6 people. They had a couple in a booth and other than that was us! The drive thru seemed constant. The young lady took our orders and gave us a number tag to put on our table. So we didn’t have to get up when our order was ready, they brought it to us. The fries were really good, the burgers were delicious and filling. I got the star burger and one of my sons asked for the biggest burger they had..he got a 3rd lb guacamole burger, it was huge! Everyone was extremely happy with their meal. The place was clean and they have highchairs for small children. The only thing I can say negative about them is that they need to fix their sign outside, I almost missed the place.
