Placed an order on doordash app. Went to the drive-thru 20 minutes later to pick up my order, and they tell me my it isn’t ready. Then they asked me to drive around to the other side of the store and park, saying they’ll bring it out to me. And keep in mind, there weren’t any cars behind me in line, so this really makes no sense whatsoever. Including myself, there were a total of 4 doordash cars parked and waiting to receive their food. 10 minutes pass, and still bupkis. I decide to go back to the drive-thru, and a different guy at the window gives me the same spiel! I asked the guy what’s not ready, and he says we still have to make the fries. I asked the guy how does it take 20 minutes to make an order of fries?! He looks at his co-worker, then looks back at me, and says oh, we’re out of fries. I was like just sub it with mashed potatoes or something!! He’s like oh, okay… and finally I got my food. I’m assuming they’re intentionally messing with doordash pickups for some reason? But aside from that, this location has always been subpar. Not sure how it’s possible, but their chicken is never as good as other KFC branches. They are the absolute worst.

Absolutely horrible service, guy had a nasty attitude. The menu was limited to strips or sandwich. My food is absolutely horrible my tenders are cold, no sauce, no pickles, my coleslaw is dry and my biscuit is so hard I can’t put my folk into it! A true waste of money and time after working all day and now have to find something else to eat because the restaurant DOES NOT want to answer and please don’t try to contact cooperate because they care less!

Last night i ordered 5 $5 fill ups.. Chicken was horrible, very old and tasted like a fried chicken tv dinner mushy and cold it looked like it was thrown around before being placed in my meal box… AWFUL. Not to mention my sides were cold to the touch, my biscuits even looked like they were sat on and smooshed then to top it off i was missing 2 cookies and i got the wrong drinks.. It was horrible. I tried calling lastnight and was told a note would be put in and a manager would call me back and it’s going on 1:00 and still no call and when I tried to reach out no one picked up. Figures.

The worst service ever. How difficult is it to bring out the food in a timely manner when there is literally only 1 or 2 other customers? I’m not coming back to this location ever. Sandwich was cold. Actually had a horrible experience. Had to pull up and wait 15 minutes to get my food so at that rate, you’d assume it would be fresh right? No… The chicken from my chicken sandwich had to have been sitting out for over a day and was just warmed up. Kind of hard to tell from the picture but the outermost quarter-inch of the chicken is dry and has a pale pinkish tint to it and had a rubbery feel.. never again
