Walked in and was surprised at how dirty the place was! Food and trash on the tables, spills and trash on the floor, trash can overflowing. Ordered at kiosk, there were no placards with numbers, but our order had a number printed on it. They didn’t prepare our Fanta frozen drink, and when I pointed this out, they said they only had one flavor (which was the flavor I ordered). Was there for 45 minutes, store was not busy but employees never made an attempt at cleaning. Very disappointing!

My mother has a dairy allergy and therefore ordered her Big Mac without cheese, it came with cheese and for the record the receipt stated no cheese. When she asked for a replacement, she was quickly given another Big Mac… with cheese. They got it right on try 3. Also the 20pc McNuggets had 19.

I guess it’s just cause I’m from Texas, but the lady with chin length gray hair had the absolute worst attitude and made me feel so unwelcome. I didn’t even make it up to the second window. I just barely received my card when she came flying around the corner, threw my bag at me, didn’t give me the opportunity to ask for picante or napkins…… I don’t really care if it’s a New York thing the fact of the matter is you wouldn’t last a day at a McDonald’s in Texas you’re welcome for the review

Pretty much the best McDonald’s I’ve been to i the US. Wi-Fi is fast, men’s bathroom is clean and food comes out hot. No stale/hard buns here. Only negative is I ordered Eat in and received my order in a bag. Also the kiosk was out of paper, so no receipt and the tent locator numbers were missing from the kiosk.

The woman working the counter today was yelling at customers. I waited 20 min for a Big Mac meal and quarter pounder. Other people were getting theirs before me. I would say under staffed. The woman working the register was scary, yelling at people and saying she didn’t know what was going on?!! Very strange situation and everyone waiting for their food was in agreement that something was truly wrong with management at this facility. Hello, customers are your paycheck.

Worst customer service to ever exist is this place. The staff member that took our order, she is an elderly lady with so much sass for no reason. Our drinks were spilling out of the top with no napkins. I went inside to use the bathroom and I hear more staff members with so much attitude behind that counter.
