Imagine paying $40 for whole snapper, $12 for Mac & cheese and this is what you receive. The fish was over cooked and the smallest whole snapper I’ve ever seen. The mac was so full of grease that you could pour it like soup. Not to mention these prices are for a restaurant located inside a strip mall. The pictures on the website are very misleading. And yes gratuity is included like all black restaurants that give below average food and service. The excuse the manager gave was they had a new chef. I’m no chef but I know not to serve what was presented to me that day. My husband did enjoy his vegan pasta. Drinks not worth the $18 price tag.

My review is long overdue☺️. I celebrated my birthday with my girls here end of July. We really enjoyed ourselves here! The restaurant made my birthday so special with the great food, drinks and awesome live DJ music. I ordered the oxtail lo mein and it was delicious. It was real Jamaican oxtail the flavors were there! Restaurant atmosphere was on point. It was a whole vibe and it was exactly what I wanted for my birthday! I even liked how they have staff that greet you and open the doors for you upon walking in. Also a staff member walked us to our car when we left, which was impressive. All the staff was so nice and our server was great. Restaurant has a party vibe later in the evening but still maintains upscale. The separate cigar lounge/bar is an added bonus to this establishment. Chef Scotley was very nice and greeted our table. Us girls had a ball! I bragged about this restaurant to my Caribbean girls that live in Miami so I am definitely coming back especially when they visit me!!

It’s given eating unique food in the club vibes! Although the music selection was great it is LOUD! But you will definitely be dancing in your booth. The food is good but definitely over priced…the drinks were good but definitely overpriced. I had oxtail ramen noodles $42…yes it was good but way too expensive. The mussels were absolutely delicious only $18 as an app on the menu…the serving size could definitely be enough for a dinner portion. I had ate most of mine when I took the pic. The scotch bonnet chicken taste like popeyes but the accompanying salad was everythang. It was pickled cucumbers with tomatoes onions avocados spices and herbs…scrumptious. The cigar lounge is totally separate from the restaurant area. Both are small spaces so book a reservation. Also how dare they charge for parking! It’s in a plaza with several other businesses and of course the parking is free. However, when those businesses close at night, they place the orange cones in all the parking places and charge to park. Is this legal? I peeked in the cigar bar and decided my lungs were way more important to my life. I mean the cloud of smoke was disrespectful just like the food and drink pricing. The hospitality was great. The servers and all the workers I engaged with want you to have a great experience …but plan on paying a lot…its giving a credit card night..

All I can say is I will be back here. THE VIBE WAS DOPE. I loved everything about this location. The staff was great and knowledgeable. The cigar bar area was amazing, and the drink selection was on point.

Came here for my birthday dinner, as I have wanted to get in here for a while. It didn’t disappoint. Smart money would make a reservation to secure your table. Started with drinks, the Whisjey Ginget Smash & The Peachtree. Both were good. For food, we started with the oxtail bao, which was good, but just needed some more oxtail gravy in it for flavor/moisture purposes. For our entrees, I had the oxtail lo mein, which was amazing. It was a very hearty portion, so I had plenty to take home. My wife had the braised lamb shank, which came with cassava au gratin, and mushrooms. She subbed the spinach out for the fried brussel sprouts, which were amazing. The food comes out fast, even with the place about 70% full. Bar scene is very active in the evenings. Even the bathroom was really nice. There is plenty of free parking so no extra charges there. Definitely a hidden gem.

My husband and I enjoyed our time here. Great service and food was pretty good. We had the tamarind wings and oysters for appetizers. For our entrees we had the oxtail lo mein and the pan seared salmon with Brussel sprouts. My favorites were the wings and Brussel sprouts. My husband also received a glass of complimentary champagne for his birthday.

I must say this restaurant was very nice ! My waiter and the hostess were sweet . The food was great . I’m giving a 3 star only because of my steak. It was flavored perfectly but overcooked . I ordered medium well and it came out super well done with no pink at all. I asked for a new one or to be substituted for another entree and the manager denied this request. My steak was 140 and I ate none of it due to it being over cooked and still paid for it . This is not the type of service I expect from a fine dining establishment. I came here for my birthday dinner and this put a damper

We stumbled upon this place by accident. And I’m so glad we did. This place was amazing! We didn’t eat any food. We just stopped in for a cigar and cocktails. The restaurant side looks really nice. But we spent our time in the cigar lounge. The service was top notch, the drinks were outstanding. The humidor was out of a few cigars, but that just means business has been good. We were able to find something we liked. The humidor is a nice size and well maintained. The ladies took such good care of us. The music was good. I can’t wait to return.
