My first time visiting Go Philly in Tacoma and I really enjoyed the food. I got the Supreme Chicken Philly Sub Sandwich and I couldn’t pass up the Fried Catfish. Let’s not forget the hush puppies that came along with the fish. OMG, all of it was delicious. If only I had brought some back to Houston to share. Just that Good!

If you are wing person then this a place to go. They have wing wensday which is a dollar a wing. 10 different flavors for them. It’s honest a lot of food for one single items which is why the prices is high. The wings a large and the Philly is about 11 inches but has plenty of meat in it. If you are looking for half sandwich that is only available during lunch hour. If you can eat a lot and have money I would recommend. If you want to share with someone that is also the perfect amount of food

I will give them another chance or two with their philly sands. But my first sands ( their most expensive philly on the menu ) was bland next to no taste. But the texture of the meat was tender and the bread soft. But would have been better with a more crusty/toasted outside.

Pretty good sandwich. That’s the important thing. Whole place was hotter than outside, table was hotter than needed with lights that were putting off heat. Needs some ventilation. Co workers didn’t want to sit outside in the shade where it was nice. 🙂 I’ll go again on my own and may find something green to order to go with the meat.

Ok look, sometimes when I go somewhere, I just get what I call a bag of food. That’s where you get a bunch of stuff and they hand you a giant bag… Today I did this and got a table full instead of a bag, but really, same principle… Three kinds of cheese steaks. Fried okra, catfish, two kinds of wings, Poppers, onion rings, hush puppies, coleslaw and Strawberry lemonade. My bill was about 90 bucks which surprised me a little, however price is no object when you’re buying a bag of food. So let’s start with the best and work our way down with the cheese steaks. These were amazing. They actually have cheez wiz steaks if you’re into the original flavor, which was my first choice, but the pepperoni cheese steak equally as good. Those and the lemon pepper wings were OMG life changing. The okra was a little mushy, but not bad. Mild buffalo wings were a little vinger-y but them and the Poppers were pretty solid, above average. The onion rings and coleslaw were both about average. And I was not a fan of the catfish and hush puppies. On that note tho, they weren’t bad, just not how I like my cat fish… So all that said this is a huge win. Stick to the cheese steaks and wings they bring you so much food that’s all you really need anyway… Or else You’ll end up with three boxes of take home food like I did!

Admittedly, I have never been to Philly to have a cheesesteak straight from the City of Brotherly Love, but this place serves the best cheesesteak I have ever had. The pepper steak is my favorite as it gives a nice little kick and sweetness to the meal. Go multiple times and try the cheesesteak with different cheeses, I prefer the White American Cheese, but the cheese whiz is also amazing! The Lunch Special is a great deal, sandwich fries and a drink for under 9 bucks

Interesting layout for the new store, like where they are because they’re really close to me now, the parking lots a little bit weird, but it’s still gonna be really great when they get going full swing and are open the full hours.

These cheese steaks are good, like good good. Every bite was just as amazing from the first bite till the end. The size is perfect, the bread is great and the staff have been friendly. They come piping hot, and stay hot when taking home. Definitely a staple in the area, it has to be. I’ll be coming back here as long as I’m in the area.
