Well you guys know I love to have a deal. So my grandson wanted pizza and wings since he’s so particular about the things he likes to eat I figured I’d take him to CiCi’s birthday that way he can have a selection of what it is that he would like to eat and he’ll be able to make a special request. For me I have the option of salad which is on my menu.

There were few pizza selections, and most of what was there had been left out for a long time. 3 soda selections were not available. Brownies were as hard as a rock, and you have to go up and ask for parmesan cheese every time you need a packet. I’m usually very graceful with reviews, but this one has issues on top of issues. The only good thing was the pizza I ordered.

I have been to Cici’s countless times throughout my life. This store was a whole next level from the rest. Every pizza was cooked perfectly. The cinnamon rolls and other side items were as well. To top it all off, the staff was very kind and eager to help. They even asked us if we had a specific pizza we wanted instead of waiting for the request. 10/10 recommend this location.

Pizza was good but I did ask for a beef and cheese and the manager told the staff to make it but they never did. I was there for about an hour an a half. The tables weren’t clean but I will give them credit for actually having staff come out and clean them because some restaurants just ignore it all together in my experience. The soup wasn’t fresh either and when I asked if they could replace it with fresh soup it felt like the guy had an attitude because I asked for it. And he basically said in so many words he wasn’t going to make it because it was already fresh buuutttt it really wasn’t the pot was almost empty. And I know staff are over worked and underpaid but I just feel like in food service customer service can never be dropped . It was giving bare minimum Mondays lbvs. It can’t be like that with food. I’ve worked in food service several times so I’m not just being an annoying customer fr.

Not as modern or nostalgic like when I was a kid but the food was fresh and the ppl were polite and had clean bathrooms. Loud Hispanic music tho, maybe would have been nice if a variety so not just stuck on a one track station but was decent than how pizza has become in a lot of areas. No idea how much everything was but there pasta was super good!

Like most Cici’s, the pizza was good and made to order if there’s something special you want. The deserts were good as well. The music was awesome (80-90s songs) and not incredibly loud. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because they don’t have red pepper flakes anymore, and they had no French dressing. The salad options were also limited.

Sorry, I do like Cicis Pizza Place, just not this place. Walk in paid $12 for senior. Wow, there are only 3 pizza platters half full, half a platter of cheese sticks, and very little pasta. Minimum salad mixture. Very disappointing

I decided to take my kids to CiCi’s. When I noticed they opened back the old location. The experience was terrible. We came in and as we’re paying they overcharged. The manager wasn’t there. The girl sold me another pizza. They were giving out canned sodas and charging per can, because the machine was broken. The pizzas were They placed one role of bathroom napkins in the corner. The pasta tasted like rubber. In the words of my teen aged daughters GHETTO!!!!

Oscar Attended me really good! Actually the whole staff was friendly. I don’t know if they’re being very attentive because they just open but I hope they stay like that. They were making new pizzas all the time too.
